I do NOT recommend Chavarrias Plumbing! They installed a dishwasher and scratched my dishwasher handle. After a couple attempts, was able to get a hold of Mr. Andres Chavarria. Told him the issue and he was rude. He also stated he would talk to the guys that came over and would call me back the following day. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for his call. I will be sure to talk about this horrible experience with all my friends and family.

Fixed my slab leak in one day without any issue, much better than the original plumbing service that was dispatched to my home by American Home Shield.

THREE times they came to "fix" my toilet and never resolved the issue. Charged me every time plus overtime. Water kept leaking after they claimed to fix it. I called a different company and they found a crack in the toilet right away. Don't waste your time and money.

This was my first time dealing with Chavarria's plumbing. The woman who I spoke to over the phone told me that I could get an estimate for the service. After the plumber tried clearing the toilet with a drain snake (which I had already done) for 10 minutes, he told me that he was going to charge me full price + weekend fees and that he was going to do the rest of the work until the weekday since it would be too expensive to do it on the weekend. When I brought up to him that the lady I had spoken to over the phone mentioned that estimate would be free, he called her over the phone and had me talk to her. She was very rude and raised her voice at me over the phone and said that she never said she would give me a free estimate and even said that she had told me I was going to be charged the full price and overtime prices. She never said that to me. She out right lied and not only that, she yelled at me and said I still had to pay. The plumber was nice but she was so rude. I am so disappointed because she could have at least had more customer service and apologized over the miscommunication. I am never doing service with this company again and ask that you look else where as well.

My mother had a water pipe leak and Chavarria tech. Rafael found it. He made attempts to fix however due to the way the piping had been done on home took longer, however he spent 9am till 5pm and fixed properly. The price was fair (paid by our insurance company) and tech cleaned up the mess and mopped as well. I would highly recommend this company! I asked them to insulate the external pipe before I paid in full, they came back added and only than did we pay and no push back at all.

I've used Chavarria Plumbing several times, but through our home warranty company so I've only paid deductible. The service I needed was not covered by my warranty so I called them to fix it anyway.
I had to call multiple times to get someone out. When they finally came, they located the leak which required MINIMAL digging. The other leak was in plain sight. I asked for a quote before and he said less than $300 depending on what they found.
What they found was a simple leaking PVC pipe. It was about as simple to change out as plumbing can go.
He handed me the bill afterwards for $295. I couldn't believe they charged me $260 something for "labor". They left to get "parts" (literally al it needed was some PVC and a couple of elbows) and that took an hour. Then they stood outside of my house another hour waiting for the sealant to dry (which takes about 3 minutes). When I questioned him about the high rate he just said they like to wait for it to dry to be sure there are no further issues.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the way they WAY overcharged for a simple fix. And then intentionally waited around to run up the clock (they say they charge $89.50 per hour so what's another hour in the sun when you can pad your pockets?)
That probably explains why I had to wait for them to come out for more than one day... their employees are waiting around for "pipes to dry".
Very disappointed. It's so hard to find honest people here.

I was disappointed with the service. The technicians changed parts out that were good and in the end told me it was an electrical problem. Trained technicians would have checked to see if electricity was comming into an electric boiler first. 159.00 later and now I need to call an electrician. After some dispute I did get half of my money back. Good customer service is hard to find these days.
