I think it is the worst of the plumbing companies they said that to change a pipe that goes under the ground would be $ 600.00 or less I had already removed the sink and removed the plaster just for them to cut and change the pipe, it was very expensive but I do not stay from another and when they finished he said that it was 80.00 more because it was more than two hours. I will not hire them again and I will never recommend them

My service provider Mr. Villalobos called upon arrival to communicate what was needed to inspect the water heater to ensure minimal contact inline with covid guidelines. The unit was installed in a timely manner for a great customer experience. I highly recommend them.

10pm emergency call for a leaking (about to burst) pipe. The plumber was here within an hour. Very professional and practiced appropriate distancing, all while wearing a mask. The leaking pipe was replaced, along with another one that was likely to have the same problem. The repair looks better/cleaner than the original installation. All done within an hour... I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, even considering the emergency call rate.

I have used this company multiple times for small plumbing jobs. I have always appreciated the quick work and reliable service.

The last job I had done was replacing a valve in our secondary bathroom. I thought the quote seemed fair so I didn't get other estimates. The job was completed on time and fairly quickly.

After the repair was completed I was left with a 9x12 hole in my sons bedroom which had been used to access the valve. I actually didn't know about it until I went into my sons room the next day and I accused him of doing it until I moved the piece of drywall and discovered it was the access point to the valve. I was not informed of this ahead of time and i am now looking at a drywall repair of at least $350. Had I known, I probably would have proceeded with the repair, but the element of surprise and lack of communication was very disappointing.

When I contacted the company I was told that I SHOULD have been informed that they don't repair drywall and that I would have to address that separately. I was not informed and I was frustrated to discover this.

I had been planning on also having a water softener and new hot water heater quoted by the company, but will look elsewhere based on this experience.
