I called them up because I had water leakage on ceiling thinking it was a clog air duct from what I seen in the attic. Phil came when promised and examined it himself and pointed out my turbine came off. He also showed me and educated on a damper on the furnace as to why I wasn't getting much air upstairs.

Honest Answers and Honest Work!!! We have used this company for a number of HVAC and plumbing issues in 2 different houses. People, if you want quality work, honest answers and a reasonable price... My air conditioning decided to quit working. It was 85° in the house. I got a referral for Chastain plumbing, heating and cooling. We called and they were here the next day. Phil and Jessie were very professional. They explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend this company!

Absolutely awesome! I had a minor plumbing problem and I couldnt get most plumbers to even give me a range as to what it would cost to fix. One wanted to charge me $50 for an estimate , another wanted $79. If I got four estimates I would have spent the price of the repair just on the estimate. I talked to these people and I could tell just by talking to them that they were good, honest people. They did what they said they would do and didn't look for ways to up my bill. Dallas is as polite as he can be and knows plumbing inside and out. Youre not afraid to let him into your home. It's not like youre going to call a plumber and have someone like Charles Mansion show up at your door. In any case, DEFINTELY give these people a ring if you have a problem.

Both of our showers had a drip. They came out, told us to get replacement parts from Delta. We did that and 4 visits from them later my kids shower is pouring water and our shower can't be used. The knob just spins and spins. When I called today to tell her that the visit this morning didn't fix it it actually made it worse I was told everyone was on big jobs and it would be next week. Totally done with this company. Would not recommend them at all. Noone should pay for a service and have to call them to come back out 4 and 5 times because the problem is now worse. They were paid but my problem was not fixed.
