Hugo at Chastain is very professional. I was looking to buy a house and Chastain did an inspection for me and was very thorough. He was able to quickly identify several problems with the house and his assumptions were right on the mark. After further inspection, we discovered the house had many more mold issues. Chastain was a great resource, he really saved me from making a big mistake on a home purchase. Although he did not end up doing any work for me, and I would reach out to them again for plumbing.

Hugo was recommended by a coworker and what a blessing he was! My son's shower value needed to be replaced, it broke early in the morning. Hugo checked it out while i was at work, called me, took pictures, showed me what needed to be fixed and Miso came over and completed the job the next morning. these guys are great. i will definitely call again if i need something done.

Josh Chastain did a great job for the Neighborhood Music School! He replaced (and repaired) two toilets in our 1890s Victorian-style house. He also re-caulked one of our sinks, unasked, and at no extra charge. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are really taken care of. He's friendly and extremely professional. He came out on a holiday, worked quickly, and got us up-and-running (and in compliance). We would definitely use him again, and confidently refer him to other potential customers.

Josh has done so much work on my house over the last few years and I continue to refer him to several clients and friends. He came out the week of Christmas last year when we were worried that we might have a possible gas leak, he spent time checking all of the connections on the gas line to ensure we were safe - there was no gas leak, but we kept smelling what we thought was gas. He came back and tested the line for pressure and confirmed that it wasn't the supply line. Turns out the plumbing to our washer and dryer was done incorrectly years ago and we were smelling sewer gas. Josh had to redo all the supply (water and gas due to previous plumber using incorrect parts). He brought along an assistant because it was such a big job and they had to climb up into the attic and run lines down the walls. They did great work and we always think of Josh first when we need a plumber!
