I've had two jobs done by Chastain Plumbing now, and I'm thrilled to officially have a go-to plumber in my contacts.

The first job was an irrigation line in the backyard. The previous plumber had made some odd choices (going from a 1/2"" line to a 3/4"" to a 1"" so our pressure wasn't strong enough to irrigate the lawn.) Josh came out and replaced the line, and our pressure is amazing now. No problems watering the back lawn at all.

The second job was MUCH MORE STRESSFUL for us - the house drainage got backed up, and it ended up being a problem with the main sewer line which is really not what you want to hear as a homeowner?. That being said, I called Chastain Plumbing again, and Hugo came out with a team and a camera and they were able to identify the problem and replace the line, including cutting into the street asphalt. We had JUST had our driveway redone with pavers, and Hugo figured out a way to address the plumbing issue without tearing out the driveway, for which I will be forever grateful. They also added an access hatch so if we ever have trouble with the sewer line again, there's a better way to clean it out.

All in all, an excellent company. Thanks for the great work on both jobs, guys.

It was late on a Friday afternoon (of course) when I clogged my disposal drain with beet peels. I spotted Chastain Plumbing listed on Yelp. I phoned and got an immediate response from Hugo, and appt for the next day... Saturday morning.

His guy Misa was prompt, and did a great job of not only unclogging my disposal trap, but of remounting the garbage disposal that was a poor install by a BAD handyman. I had showed Misa the mystery bolt I found under the sink while clearing it out, and he checked and discovered the other two bolts were gone. He needed to go out for a mounting kit, so the job took longer than anticipated.

BUT, pricing was VERY fair, and communication throughout the process was good. I was given a starting estimate, and then a revised estimate, and that's what was charged. Misa was professional, friendly and super tidy -- throughout a relatively messy project (beet peels!) I am happy to have a good, and reliable plumber in my contacts now, and will not hesitate to use Hugo again, as well as refer him to my neighbors.

Great plumbers for our frozen yogurt business. They were extremely helpful and professional. I worked with Hugo and his nephew (I think) and both men were prompt and very nice. I will use them in the future for business or personal needs!

Josh is THE BEST plumber I've EVER used. Well priced, they stand by their work. They come out fast AND they are always super nice. They will come out for a simple installation of a faucet to whatever complex plumbing needs you have. Chastain Plumbing will be my ONLY plumbers....for life!

Look! Plumbing issues are way stressful. When it's more than just a clogged toilet or leaky faucet, it can be numbing. We had a foundation leak and found Hugo via Yelp. Stroke of luck! He came by and performed a thorough inspection. He, then, detailed our options. Given the location of the leak and the age of our pipes (almost 30 years), we went with a whole house re-piping. His crew were absolute professionals! They worked expediently and efficiently. More importantly, they were painstakingly detailed in their work. It has now been a year into the work being done and we are still happy! If you are getting estimates, do yourself a favor and include them. You won't be disappointed.

They charged us a fair price and didn't nickel and dime us for any overages. And finally, they are really good people. Hugo at Chastain is very professional. I was looking to buy a house and Chastain did an inspection for me and was very thorough. He was able to quickly identify several problems with the house and his assumptions were right on the mark. After further inspection, we discovered the house had many more mold issues. Chastain was a great resource, he really saved me from making a big mistake on a home purchase. Although he did not end up doing any work for me, and I would reach out to them again for plumbing.

This dynamic duo came out and snaked the laundry line, ran 35 ft of cable. Hugo and Andre were very helpful AND knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, by the way, they are coming over in a week for another possible job.
