Very disappointing and unreasonable. I used Chase years ago at a former company and a neighbor recommended him recently. We hired Chase the Plumber to fix a leaky kitchen faucet with flow issues and a shower faucet making noises in our home. Chase sent an assistant who was nice but gauged our shower faucet handle leaving a sharp edge and swapped the hot & cold settings on it. He was also unable to fix our kitchen faucet flow issues. He did fix the leak but left the handle crooked. We called Chase (the owner) to simply explain what happened and instead of coming to view what happened he proceeded to accuse us of ""setting him up"" and became argumentative. He did return our money in person, attempting to ""make things right"" but after viewing what happened he refused to fix what his assistant damaged (the gauge, the swapped hot/cold and the crooked kitchen handle). He never apologized either. Very disappointing that this small business owner does not correct issues he is clearly responsible for. Now we have two damaged faucets and have to find another plumber to fix them and pay for those damages ourselves.

We had Chase come out to fix a gas leak on our water tank. He was polite, he explained everything that he was going to have to do and how much it was going to be, and he was in and out in about an hour! Great affordable and local plumber!
