Had Chase HVAC over today to check my AC units. The technician, Justin was very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. They also did a big plumbing project for us 3 years ago with a bathroom addition. So I can speak to both sides of their business. In short, a reputable company that can be trusted to do the work that's necessary. They don't look for to charge for more than you need. Dave the owner is thorough and easy to work with. They are out go-to!!!

I have used Chase Heating and Plumbing for about 3 years now, and have been consistently happy with their service. They solved a water leak in my kitchen ceiling and fixed the pipe where a previous contractor had nailed into it! It took a while for the nail to rust and create the leak.

My A/C was not working properly and gave Chase a call. Joe called me back within 10 mins and was at my house within 45 mins. Fixed my A/C and made sure everything else was working properly. Ensure my A/C was draining properly as well. Will recommend my friends to Chase and will keep my business in the future. For it being an emergency situation, the price was still affordable.

My new 'go to' plumber. We have lived in our home for over 25 years. We have had the need for plumbers throughout that time for various things - big and small. I had come to DREAD calling any of the plumbers we have used - cost, not responding, leaving us hanging for days/weeks, doing a job and leaving in the middle every time to go buy parts, etc, etc, etc.
I have used Chase twice now - first time because my previous plumber - never showed up or called. Never. And that was someone who has been around a long time and I thought was as good as it was going to get. So - Chase came the first time, within 24 hours, gave us a window of time for the visit, did the work without having to leave and come back, did a great job, was pleasant and talked to us all as if we had brains, and the cost was very reasonable. Nobody wants to have to fix the plumbing, but if you have to - that is what you are looking for. So - I called them again for the next issue (new refrigerator, needed icemaker hooked up as well as remove a previous plumbers bad choices from a previous refrigerator). I called around 5 pm, they were here the next morning. They came in, talked to us like we had brains, once again, gave us options - and then set about doing a professional job. And all at a reasonable price, within the range I had set in my head. After a mistake on our part with filling out the check, they called to request a new one, and were, again, pleasant on the phone.
Nobody wants to have to call a plumber. Its almost as bad as calling the dentist. But, honestly, Chase makes it - not so big of a deal. The costs are what I expect, the work leaves me without worry, they finish the project in a very reasonable amount of time, not over days with trips to get supplies, and they treat you with respect. What more could I want? So glad we found them - again - all because the previous plumber never even showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they weren't going to show up...

Superior service! Excellent service and they treat you like family! They came out on Dec 23 and identified the issue. We were up and running with heat after the pipes warmed up. Knowledgeable and professional.

We had our heat go out on Christmas Eve and they came on Christmas Day to fix the issue. The two technicians were professional and we had heat back on in less than two hours.

At Chase, some service technicians and office staff are good at what they do and some are not. I've had good service experiences and some experiences not so good - about 60/40. Pricey!

Chase Plumbing and Heating came out and switched our non- working heat pump system last week. What a pleasure to interact with professionals in this line of work. They came in introduced themselves and asked I had any questions about the procedure. They explained to me what they were going to do and that it would be noisy. It was not too noisy. They were courteous, and pleasant. The work was completed in about six hours. I received an explanation of the new system and how it works. They explained how to change the filter and answered all my questions. The warranty is excellent!
What a wonderful company to work with. I have been a customer for three years and will continue to use Chase Heating.
