After quotes from 5 companies, one showed up that I thought was a national brand - all their colors and part of their name was an imitation! After their plumber ran 4 snakes and replaced a pipe (?), their ""technician"" packed his truck and left!

Ta - ta-tum! Eric arrives from Chase Plumbing. He had cleared the line twice previously and so went to the farther access, worked 2 hours, using a greater boring tool, and cleared the line again. Eric refused to charge me, said he ""should have known previously"". How about that! (I sent him a check.)

Talk about an honest plumber! And capable! My highest recommendation goes to Chase Plumbing.

I called Chase Rotor & Plumbing to replace a widespread faucet in my master bathroom that another plumber did not do correctly. Eric did an amazing job! From beginning to end he was informative about what he was doing. If something needed to be replaced he showed me what and why. Every time I have had a plumber out, it has taken hours, regardless of the job. Eric knocked it out in well under an hour. I have work that needs to be done at another property and I will definitely be calling Chase. I've found my new plumber!

We had another company out a couple weeks ago to snake out the drains & sewer at our cafe. Two weeks later, we had the same back-up problems & no guarantee or recourse from that other company.
4pm & I request quotes on Yelp expecting not to hear back til the next morning. Olga responds right away that she could have someone out by noon the next day. Eric came out & didn't just clear the blockage, he even found the cause so we could get the main issue fixed.

I came home to it raining on my first floor dining room. Eric was prompt to answer my call and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and sent estimates in minutes. When I was worried later in the day, he stopped by and double checked everything out for me. He never tried to up-sell me and was so honest and informative (was understanding about my toddler and dog running around him). He found the leak, fixed and replaced my water heater by the next day and his pricing was very competitive. So happy and relieved I know who to call for future plumbing issues.
