So far we are very happy with the service that Eric provided. We had a water service line leak in our front yard; the leak detection company came and located it under the concrete paveway so we decided to repipe. I requested quotes on Yelp from a few companies and Eric was very quick to respond and very professional. He took some pictures so he could go through the details with me later. The quote he offered was good so we decided to go with him. He and his helper arrived in the scheduled time and worked the whole day. They ran into some difficulties on a narrow section between the concrete paveway and the external wall of the house so it took longer than they originally expected and they had to come back the second day. The materials Eric used seem to be with very good quality and I think he is a very experienced plumber and was very helpful to explain the work to me. At the end we were very happy with the overall work he did and he stuck to the original price despite the fact that it took him more effort to finish the job. He will definitely be the first I'll turn to for any future plumbing needs.

Five stars all around. I used a request for estimate on Yelp to get a quote. Responses were very prompt. They were able to schedule a service pretty quickly. Eric came out and he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Our shower faucet being replaced was old and it was a challenging work to replace it, but Eric was able to creatively finish the job. Eric was very professional and courteous. Water heater was not working. Contacted this company because they are close to where I live. I was impressed with their fast response time. Eric came right over he turned on the pilot light for me and show me how to do it and pointed out the directions on the water heater. Explained what could go wrong and possible reasons for the light going out. I had my garage and I know a breeze can blow it out. The charge for this service was FREE. Today I heard a beeping in my garage felt the heater and it seemed cold so I thought it might be out. However when in the kitchen I discovered that there was hot water. I had ordered a replacement. To check the price I called another this company's was cheaper even though they close to Blackhawk. I told Eric that maybe I didn't need a replacement yet he agreed. And told me to keep an eye on it and move things so they don't get ruined. Good advice- the charge again was FREE. I like this company so much that I plan to use them exclusively. Eric explains things so well!

Eric and his team replaced our sewer lateral in the hills of Belmont, Ca, about 2 months after we moved in. They completed the work in 1 week with minimal disruption or mess for us. Most amazing /complicated /difficult part of this project was our sewer line runs downhill and through 2 of our new neighbors yard. He is very knowledgeable, professional and diplomatically helped us meet & greet our new neighbors (read: ""Hi, we're your new neighbors, and can we dig up your yards to fix our sewer line?"") Without his help, obtaining the right permits, pleasing our neighbors and coordinating this project, this could have been a serious nightmare. Plus, he did a great job for us. He's not cheap, but it was money well spent! We were not excited to have this big, expensive project, but Eric went above and beyond which eased the sting! He's a great example of ""you get what you pay for."" My only complaint is that he moved to the East Bay, and isn't our plumber anymore.

I like how he proposed different options, both short and long terms, for different budgets. Also, Eric took time to explain everything, and going to the root causes of the issue, making sure we understood.

Finally, once we had our house serviced, things didn't go as planned, but Eric was prompt to update us about the plan, proposed an alternative and still achieved it.
