I Called, told the receptionist what I needed and set up a appointment. Unfortunately things didn't go as planned with another supplier and I had to reschedule. The technician was on time did a excellent job and completed everything I asked to be done. While working the technician found another problem that had to be fixed. He completed everything I asked for and more. He told me about everything he did and informed me if I had any problems that would come back and fix it.

As I was installing a new drop-in sink in my garage, I realized that I would need different valves for the PEX water lines. I had neither the tools (cutter, crimper, whatever) nor the experience of having worked with PEX so I opted to hire a professional plumber to do this job. I selected Chase Plumbing based on other ratings and proximity to me. I will tell you now that I made the best choice that I could have made. The time from my initial call to schedule the job to Cody from Chase Plumbing coming out to do the work was extremely fast (1 day) and the ultimate quality of the work was outstanding. Cody is both an extremely competent pro and quite a personable guy! He did the valve work and provided different required trap components that I did not have onsite for the new sink. He also switched to a provided optional faucet aerator at my request. And price? My goodness, I would have spent more than Chase charged just on PEX tools, valves. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable! Call these guys when you need great work at a great price!

After receiving an """"in person"""" quote from ARS Rescue Rooter for $389.00 where they were supposedly """"giving me a break,"""" I called Chase Plumbing. Wayne Richter, a plumber with a few decades of experience, showed up exactly when scheduled. No funny business; extremely courteous and professional. Took care of issue, charged less than half of what ARS quoted, cleaned up everything, and was on his way. $170.00 total cost.

Sorry I have waited so long to comment! Used the service due to drain clogs and a valve adjustment to the shower.(Scold Valve) and I believe the water heater needed attention once for pipes and a valve leaking. So anyway even the owner has come a few times to do work. All professional and prompt. You can trust these guys based on our experience.

Called and spoke to Chase. Arranged to come out first thing in the morning to address our non-emergency house spigot issue. They showed up on time, were polite, clean and thorough. Cleaned up the site after they finished, including replacing the siding that was removed by me to expose the area. And, a very fair and reasonable price for the work.
