Please do not do any business with Chase Plumbing. I have been disputing an invoice and they have somehow accessed my bank account to fraudulently send a bill payment to Chase Plumbing which happens to be in the same amount as an Eversource payment made the same exact day. These guys are fraudulent and I would caution you about using their services.

You know all those ""horror stories"" you hear about plumbers who over-charge, or leave a mess, or do sloppy work? Forget all that, and hire Chase.

The main case-iron waste pipe in my basement developed cracks in two places. Luckily the cracks were on top of the pipes so they weren't leaking yet. I decided to have essentially all the cast-iron pipe replaced with PVC - about 30 feet in total. This was the thick, heavy, 5"" iron pipe. Not a small job.

Chase came and did a no-cost estimate. I'd used them before for some small jobs so I trusted them and decided to have them bill me for time and materials instead of a fixed price. They arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in 3 hours flat, including clean-up and testing all the new plumbing. The new plumbing is neat, clean and, well, perfect. And their price for the materials (all the new PVC pipe and fittings) was incredibly reasonable. I don't think I could have bought it for less on my own! They cleaned up the basement thoroughly - sweeping and vacuuming.

As a homeowner, it gives me peace of mind to know that I can call Chase and know that they will do excellent work for a fair price.

I had a major exiting sewer pipe break. It was discovered during the winter. I had Chase Plumbing come out and give me an estimate. We just completed the repair. 1) They were right on with the estimate, even though most of it was underground and we were not quite sure what we'd find. 2) They came and met with my landscaper to co-ordinate digging up my patio. 3) They arranged for a mason to come out to cut thru my foundation, when the landscaper hesitated to do this AND still kept the cost in line. 4) Their employee Chris was awesome. He triple checked the new pipe to make sure there were no leaks. 5) They worked with my insurance company to complete the paperwork necessary. 6) Made sure that the correct permits were in order so that there were no issues with the insurance company. I have nothing but good things to say about Chase Plumbing. The ONLY plumbing company I will use.

I just used Chase Plumbing today for the first time and I am very happy with the service and price. Chris was here on time and he was neat/clean, worked quickly, and was informative about my systems and what I needed. He fixed two toilets and snaked the tub drain. I have had issues with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me too much or upsell things I didn't need. That was not the case here. I feel like they are honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again.

Over the last year Chase did the complicated plumbing for a new washing machine set-up in our basement, and replaced our hot water heater. They're cheerful, professional, competent, clear, show up when the say they will, solve problems that arise quickly to minimize issues for the customer.
