I found my lifelong plumber! It's so rare to find someone who has so much integrity and I found that in Christian and Chase Plumbing. He came out and educated me so I could make informed decisions. He was able to fix my dishwasher for less than what it cost for two other plumbers to tell me they couldn't fix it. He also told me I could fix my shower if I went to Home Depot and bought a small part. The next day, I went to Home Depot and for about $6, I now have a working shower. Saving money, having quality work done and being educated is so valuable and has made me a loyal customer. I HIGHLY recommend Chase Plumbing.

Called Chase Plumbing this morning as we needed water valves for the washer to be replaced in order for us to install our new washer. I was able to talk to Christian directly about our situation. He was on the way to another job but was not trying to rush me off the phone and took the time to hear me out. Fortunately, he was able to fit us in the same day! He made a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way. 45-minutes later, we have new valves that are extremely solid.

Overall: great and humble person who knows that he's doing, and doesn't push any unnecessary up-sell. He does free drain inspections as well. Job area was cleaned up after he finished. He will definitely have our business if we ever need it in the future. I would highly recommend Christian!

We moved into a house with a lovely Toto toilet that the previous owner's commercial plumber tried to clear three different times, to no avail. Christian tried his best knowing this, and when he too couldn't clear it (who knew that Totos sometimes have a weird internal clogging flaw?) he refused to charge us for the time he spent trying and even hauled the old toilet away for free when we had him swap it out for a new one. He also expertly handled the switching out of our handles on the remaining Totos, which was no small feat given that they were screwed in tightly with metal clamps over the porcelain. Prompt response time, courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable... what more can you ask for? I wouldn't call anyone else with a plumbing issue.

Needed to find a plumber to replace a leaking water heater. Called around to several different places, and it sounded like we could get the best price by using Christian. After talking with him in the morning we had 2 plumbers on our doorstop (Kevin and Shane) before noon. Christian is heaven sent. When you find water overflowing on your new floors, you go on panic mode & think the worst. you are unsure where it came from & how costly it could potentially be. I found Chase Plumbing through Yelp because of his 5 star rating & reviews. I phoned him @ 10:45pm on a Saturday expecting to get voicemail but hoping to get a response the next day. He answered! When you reach a live person during your time of need that immediately makes the experience. I described my issue: which I initially thought it was a leak & he was able to quickly identify based on my description: a clogged drainage. In short, he rescued our home @ 9am the next morning (making that exception on a Sunday when most businesses are closed), fixed the issue, was very informative and personable, all under an hour, which is quite impressive ESP when the problem comes out of nowhere. At the end of the day, we not only walked away pleased & relieved that it was resolved without the hassle, damage & wait time but now have a resource for the future. Highly recommended!
