I received excellent service from Chase plumbing. I called Saturday morning & explained there was a clog in the drain resulting in back up flooding from the bathroom toilet and washing machine drains at my mom's house. The plumbing technician, Christian, was at my mom's house 1 hour after the phone call was made. Very nice fellow and he did an excellent job resolving a demanding and recalcitrant clog. Christian was very persistent and very patient. One of the clogs was about 60 feet down the drain pipe towards the city street. But Christian got it. Christian also removed several roots that had infiltrated the drain pipe. The drain is flowing once again and there is no more back-up flooding. I am very grateful to Christian for performing such an outstanding job and I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever. Punctual, Persistent, Patient, and Effective.

It was so easy to schedule time on Christian's calendar. I called him on a Saturday after I'd dropped something down the drain expecting a voicemail, but he picked up almost immediately and we were set for Tuesday. He told me very transparently that if I didn't like his quote, I could just send him packing with no charge. On Tuesday he arrived and not only retrieved the dropped item fromthe sink, but left the sink in even better shape than when he'd arrived. He also fixed the shower diverter pull tab that had gotten detached. About 10 minutes after he left, I went to try the shower diverter and somehow it flew off again. Luckily he was still nearby and came back and fixed it again using a different method that would almost guarantee that it never happen again. He didn't try to charge me again and was really respectful of my home the whole time.
