April 2022, Goering was assigned to fix our air conditioner heat pump unit thru a home warranty company, where the policy came with the house purchase. They came first time, fixed it and it broke again. Same claim, same technician came a second time to fix. They said to get the AC to run, they had to bypass the breaker. This time the technician practically ran from the house to his van to take off. Two weeks later when the weather heated up, turned on the AC to have it trip the breaker and turn off. Same claim, same company had to replace the AC unit this time. The warranty company and Goering did not work with us on a replacement and we were given the most inefficient model.
The front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. I had to call the warranty company to get a time scheduled for th AC unit to be put in as the communication from Goering is so poor.
I asked how much warranty work Goering does for their business and it was significantly high. They warranty company does not care if you are rude to the client, as the client is not Goerings client.
October 2023, find out when we had Golden Rule over that the heat pump AC unit that Goering put in was never hooked up to the heat pump unit indoor.
Again, poor service and poor communication. we could have made another warranty claim for the heat pump unit inside if the technician knew what he was doing.

Goering Plumbing has tackled some projects in older homes that I refurb and have always done a great job. Some plumbing companies would not even consider doing some of these projects as they always entail cast iron pipes/ galvanized plumbing etc. and a lot of lathe and plaster . They arent scared of a little extra work and they have staff that have stayed with the Company for years thus giving their rookies a great learning experience and providing years of valuable experience.
They are responsive , use the latest technology and work with the Customer well.

187.00 for them to say your Sump Pump line is frozen. They did nothing to fix, why so much to just tell me frozen? I feel foolish and regret calling, I learned the hard-way. Congrats for scoring easy money of my foolishness.

Our water heater conked out at night. I called Chas W. Goering first thing the next morning because of the high reviews on Yelp and could not be happier. They were able to get someone out right after lunch, assessed the need for a replacement and had a crew out within an hour after the visit with a new water heater and polite, knowledgeable crew to replace it. Truly a positive experience from beginning to end. Fair price, good crew, extremely happy customer. Will definitely call them again.

Chuck didn't wear a mask and showed up 1 hour after the 2 hour service window time period. He checked the plumbing problem, sent pictures to Choice Home Warranty Co. They denied the claim. Goering charged me a $75 service fee and $150 fee for parts and labor. The water pressure decreased a day after he fixed the problem. I called the company to inform them. The woman said to call back after 1 business day so she could talk to Chuck. The woman said that after speaking with Chuck, he said that the reason is because I need a need sink faucet. Poor customer service. I won't be calling them for any service calls.

Called Goering as they are an authorized repair company for my Tempstar heater. Super nice lady on the phone, she set a appointment with my tenant. John the technician came out quickly diagnosed the problem (when another company told to replace the furnace for $4000) . John determined the part required was $375.00, plus labor. Additionally he completed the winter check up so the house will stay warm this winter. Great service and I will be using them again for the spring AC tuneup! Thank you

I have used Goering for a lot of my plumbing needs. Recently I also used them to fix my water heater, and work on a small remodel in my bathroom.
