They used to be awesome. They have inspected and serviced my boiler over the years with great results. I have called 3 times in the last three weeks to have my boilers annual inspection scheduled. Each time leaving my name, number, and want of an inspection with their calling service people. Three weeks and still have not received a call back. Lost a loyal customer.

These guys are the best in the area! I always go to them for any plumbing and heating services I need done. And just so anyone worried about the other review knows, the horrible review left here isn't real. Bad reviews are left on good companies to get them to pay money to take them off.

Chartier and sons, and partner John Kelly, took over $13,000 from me and my wife to do mechanical and plumbing on our new bakery, 8 weeks later we have a hole in the cement floor, and a exhaust hood installed improperly, something used, rusted, with dents and broken welds and plumbing plans that were rejected by the county permitting department. after many many calls to both Kelly and Chartier they came to the new business in the middle of the night, left a hot water heater at the rear door and a check taped to it for $680.00 , they texted me and said to look at my back door and they are pulling the plumbing permit and say they are done with their work. now on top of that, the main worker John Kelly does not hold any contractor license for any of the work he has done, they wont return phone calls and leave me no choice to connect with the police department.. gary ps. Chartier web site states that they guarantee customer satisfaction and excellent service... what a joke...
