Danielle G.I called about a outside faucet that had a drip. I asked for a washer change or to change out the faucet if the fee was going to be under $300. The next call that I got from them was that a pipe broke in my wall and that I would owe $1100. I had to pay 100% of their mistake. In addition, The final faucet was poorly constructed with a bare copper pipe sticking 1 1/2 inches out of the wall of my house. At my request, they did come back and apply insulation to what is now an incredible eyesore sticking out of my house for $1100. Beware!!

Debbie R.Living anywhere in 100 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth right now finding reliable companies in any of the construction trades has become a nightmare. Had a leak in our front flower bed that splits off into house and out to outbuildings so started calling our local plumbers. Needless to say Charter Plumbing was the only Company that even called back. Major kudos to them for that. Biggest peeve I have is the no call back. How hard is it to call back and say sorry we don't have time right now. Told them our problem they quoted a price and said they would be here that same day. Arrived as promised, did a nice job. Even received a call back the following day asking if we were happy with the job. Will call them anytime in the future when we need plumbing done. Thank you.
