Found Charly Plumbing through a search on Yelp and after reading the reviews, I sent him a message and received a response right away.

Not being too familiar with plumbing, I shared some of the details of the service needed and he gave us a fair quote. With the first service, which was Carlos and his wife showed up and were so professional, kind and knowledgable. They completed the service in a timely manner and even gave us some tips for the future. He even had a tube that I didn't have already ready in his truck.

Because of our great experience, we called Carlos back to help us install a water softener and he got the job done in one day even though it was kind of complicated with our water line.

Asked him to come back a third time when our water heater was broken and he came by after hours and the next day, went and purchased a new one for us, provided the receipt and installed with his son.

What I appreciate about Carlos and Charly Plumbing is they are a genuine, knowledgeable family run business. You can tell Carlos takes a lot of pride in his work and is so proud to be teaching his son the ropes.

Definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs and also other services needed for your house. He is well connected and if there's an area that isn't his expertise, he can recommend the best person for you.

I was referred to Carlos by a family member who already had worked with him and was very happy with his work, timeliness, and the reasonable pricing.

I am very happy to have found a new plumber since my previous plumber quoted an over the top price that left me with no choice but to find a new plumber. I am quite satisfied with the work he has done for us so far, and as of this moment, calling him again for another issue with the water heater.

Edit: Carlos just finished replacing our broken water heater! He came after hours yesterday and then worked on a weekend to get things going for us. And his price is so reasonable! It is reassuring to know that I have a great plumber to call should any problems arise.

Texted Carlos to install a new garbage disposal and a new bidet for us. He quotes you up front and is very fairly priced compare to others. He's responsive and shows up on time ready to get the job done. (Oh and doesn't leave any mess behind) Not to mention he's very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain to you what needs to be done and won't upsell you for things you don't need. I called Charly Plumbing to help me replace a garbage disposal that was no longer working. Their response time was very fast and they gave me a quote right away, which I really appreciated. Other companies that I had asked for a quote either would not give me a quote without scheduling an ""in-home inspection"" or gave a quote that was significantly higher than what Charly Plumbing quoted me. The garbage disposal kit I bought did not come with a long enough pipe and Charly Plumbing used one of their own longer pipes at no extra cost to me! I definitely recommend Charly Plumbing for anyone who is looking for inexpensive, high quality work. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

This is the second time I called Charly plumbing, he installed a faucet and a garbage disposal, as before he was exactly on time, did an excellent job and when he noticed that I was missing some parts to finish the job, he had them in his truck and thus completed the job that same day. His price was also fair.

Carlos came out to install a toilet purchased at Home Depot as I was renovating the entire 2nd floor of my home. Carlos inspected the toilet carefully and noticed a chip at the bottom of the toilet. He and his wife kindly offered to take the toilet back to Home Depot and replace it. I set this up on the phone and Carlos returned, inspected the toilet a 2nd time (the 1st time at the store), and installed the toilet. The next day Carlos returned to my home to pick up his check for his labor (I was having a problem with Zelle and Venmo the previous evening) and he asked to come up to take a few photos for his business advertising. We went up to take a few pictures when he noticed water near the bottom of the toilet. Carlos immediately took out the toilet for inspection and noticed the slightest hairpin crack on the side of the toilet where the water was slowly leaking out. He and his wife returned the toilet to Home Depot for replacement a 2nd time and brought home the replacement to install it for the 3rd time. This time there were no issues and as I write this the toilet is working perfectly. Here's the kicker that separates Carlos from others: the multiple installations, the driving over 2x to Home Depot to replace the cracked toilets, etc. - Carlos never asked for a penny more than our agreed-upon price to do the initial installation.

Carlos of Charly Plumbing is a skilled plumber with a super impressive work ethic, is conscientious about doing quality work at a competitive cost for his clients, and most importantly is an honest man. I highly recommend Carlos to do any plumbing work you may need and I am convinced that you will be pleased. I will hire him in a heartbeat if ever I need any work that would involve the skills of a good plumber.

Carlos came out on a holiday weekend and his price for installing a faucet was significantly competitive compared to others who wouldn't even think of coming out. He had to do additional work to install the faucet as the holes in the marble needed to be widened. Even with this he did not increase the price stated over the phone of $165!!!
