Just had rooter service performed today. This was by far one of the best experience!

Called this morning for a problem with the bathroom drain; Lulu was responsive and scheduled Luis for today. Great customer service: Luis was professional, efficient, and great to work with. Had the situation taken care, cleaned up. Pricing was as advertised.

I highly recommend Charlie's Rooter Service. Definitely impressed - and yes, I've got a new plumber too!

Fast, Friendly and Honest.

I called Charlie's to clear out a backup in my main line. They quoted me $85, much lower than the $120 I was spending with the other guys. Luis cam out the same day I called and checked out the line. It turns out there was no clog. He went around the house and checked all my toilets, sinks and the washing machine. He found nothing wrong and told me it was probably a temporary back-up that passed on its own. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection, and was super up beat and personable the whole time. Even thou he could have easily put a snake down any drain and charged $50 for it, he didn't.

Our toilet was clogged and we went through 2 plumbers using our home warranty insurance. Both could not get the blockage cleared snaking it. They claimed it was past 100 feet so the insurance would not cover it. We bit the bullet and called Charlie from the awesome Yelp reviews. He came on time first thing in the morning unlike the others who came at the end of their 3 hour windows. Using his camera, it showed the blockage was around 40 feet and he was able to clear it!! Thank you Charlie!! We won't bother calling anyone else in the future!! :-)

I hate hiring a plumber without a recommendation from a friend. So many home improvement companies are dishonest. This was not a big job and I was in a hurry so I looked on yelp. Louis was on time, very professional and the job cost about 35% less than I anticipated. When does that ever happen? I will hang on to this number for future jobs.

These guys are honest and fast. Our shower became suddenly and intractably clogged yesterday. Another company came and said the main line was blocked and needed over $1000 in repairs with no short-term relief offered. I called Charlie's for a second opinion this morning, and within 20 minutes had everything fixed for $50 with a recommendation for follow-up maintenance at way way less than the other company had demanded. I would definitely hire them again, and will use for the bigger jobs too since I know they are honest and professional.

Lulu and Charlie were responsive, and Luis did a wonderful job. He was careful to make sure that everything was fixed, and cleaned up, to make sure things were left in better condition then when he arrived. Very happy!!!!!
