If you want a one time visit that will cost you a lot call Matt. He was a speedy 1 hit wonder kinda company. Here is our experience in detail...
We wanted to have the sewer line viewed with a camera so we called Matt. He was able to make it out quickly. $500 later we had viewed the main waste line to the City main. All good, right! Unfortunately a week later we called back asking for a NEW ""return visit"" for a different waste line in the basement laundry that we discovered had blocked recently. We were hopeful that a paid return visit by Matt would help us in understanding our home better and that, if need, Matt could hydro water jet that line while there. After a brief conversation with Matt we were to be scheduled on a Wednesday or Thursday, we never heard from him again. No voicemail no reschedule. 2 weeks later we finally reached him when on calling from a different phone number, which he picked up immediately. When we asked if he could return to our job (again stating it was something new and we would pay $) His answer was NO! When we asked why it was that he was booked out another 2 weeks! That's our story.
For sure there is no new customer relationship concerns with this company. Good luck.
