Neil R.I had a major failure in a drain field. They came out and saw the problem, but did not arrive at the obvious right conclusion. The plumber noted that the septic tank was overflowing and decided that snaking the toilet would do the job. Obviously wrong. The daughter on the phone does not care to give good service if she answers at all. AVOID.
