Well, where to start. Called for ""service"" for my furnace. He came right away, looked at the furnace and informed me it was 35 years old and needed to be replaced. Charged my $125/ never took this off the amount of the job when he came to replace the furnace for 5 grand. For over a month I have been trying to get an itemized bill, so I can submit rebate to NYSEG, He has yet to get me this receipt. Guessing he doesn't want me to know what he paid for the unit. NEVER again.

After attempting to change my kitchen faucet and adding a filter faucet....both shut off valves started leaking. I looked online for plumbers and chose Charlies for a couple of reasons. First, I feel like business' with the fanciest adds are not always the best. Second, ""Charlie"" how could someone named Charlie be a bad guy. I was right! I called him at around 930am, he was here around 11am after he finished the job he was on. He changed the valves and fixed the bit of mess I made.
As a single woman, it's always a crap shoot when you need to call someone. I am more than pleased and will not hesitate to call if needed again.
