I must say it was a pleasure working with Charlie's Plumbing from start to finish. I had a slab leak that I had previously sought quotes from two local plumbing companies & the quotes seemed a little high, so I acquired a third quote from Charlie's Plumbing. They quoted me two prices and of course I was expecting the higher price once they completed the work, but I was pleasantly surprised when the lower price was honored. Not only was it a fair price but the speed of which they completed the job. Not only was the other companies quotes higher but I was told it would take three to four days to complete the work. Not Charlie's, they completed the work in about seven hours. They showed up on time & finished when they said they would. After completing the job, the dishwasher wasn't working properly. I called them and they responded right away. I can highly recommend this company for they're trustworthiness and attention to detail.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Technician did damage to my mom's house without letting her know. Owner will not return my mom's call. Avoid at all costs.

We needed our whole house replumbed due to the old grey butyl plumbing. We obtained several bids and decided to go with Charlie's Plumbing. We couldn't be happier! The guys were very knowledgeable and completed the job the same day. They ever figured out how to replumb the showers without cutting access holes in the side walls which the other guys that bid the job were going to do. The crew was hard working, well mannered and knew what they were don't AND imagine this.... their bid came in the lowest... We would recommend Charlie's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs I'll certainty keep their number in my phone. Thanks Scott and the guys who worked with you!

We thought we had a problem; turned out we had a *disaster,* but Charlie's got the situation under control. They worked fast and efficiently; everything was fixed in 72 hours. And they did the little things, too. They helped us move furniture and when they were done, everything was spotless!

Our New Construction home that used Charlie's plumbing, job was done in 2019, the main drain from house has no pitch and even flows back to house. At first it's runs great then after 3 years of use the waste gradually sits and builds, you don't know about till you hear gurgling and your drains are not working . 2 men ( retired plumbing workers ) un block drain thinking that will fix the issue, then they see that waste is flowing back to house! After digging up whole yard they can see other areas where drain is pitched wrong elbow joins that are crooked.We call out Mt Dora building inspector who agrees ....yes the whole pipe is wrongly pitched and just very bad job needs whole thing redone. After many calls to Charlie's Plumbing, Greg said not his problem and we need to hire another plumbing company to fix it, out of warranty. He didn't even bother to come by to see what inferior work was done by his company. My husband is now digging up the pipe himself, to save costs, he will repair it himself, not wanting to spend thousands on another company to fix this failure of Charlie's Plumbing , do not hire them they do bad work just to barley last through a warranty. Then arrogant customer service!

This worse company ever taking money from ppl especially the elderly took $600 from my mother and didn't complete the job and then told me they never touch her hot water heater or came to her home and she has a receipt. Now she needs a hot water heater and can't afford it because they took all of her money that she had for the month. Shame on the owner and the staff.

Worst plumbers ever had, they were supposed to install a new Delta kitchen faucet that had pull down sprayer. Really botched job, did not install all parts and left new faucet loose and wiggly. They tried to fix dripping mixing valve in shower, said they fixed it. It was still dripping and they did not put it back together properly. Charged $180.00 and left with it worse than they started. Another one of Charlie's plumbers marginally tightened sink faucet but did not fix leaking shower valve. Charlie's plumbing are no angels.

My son just purchased a home in Mt. Dora with the Poly-tubing that needed to be replaced. Charlie's Plumbing was the best quote and they did a great job. I was there helping out my son with some other things that needed to get done at the house. Charlie's Plumbing crew showed up on time and got the job done in one day, everything was installed professionally and appreciate how everything was strapped tight and very neat. I had the same service at my house in Jacksonville a couple of years ago and there was no comparison. My plumbers in Jacksonville only had a couple of guys, they took over two days and never came back and installed my back and side faucets. Charlie's Plumbing guys had a smooth system going with their team, picked the best location for all the piping to minimize on the job of putting everything back together. They picked the best location for the outside faucets and even put me in a loop in the garage for a future water softener system. Helped out on the replacement of a couple of appliances that were replaced and they put in all new quarter turn valves at all the fixtures. Everything was cleaned up nicely when the job was done.....just a great job.
