Additionally, his attention to detail is above the curve. I own an older home which which requires a bit more regular maintenance. Can I trust a company with so few reviews? YES! The first company I called had 400+ reviews with an average of 5 stars and was a total scam. Charlie is an honest, 2 man business that doesn't advertise.

What impressed me? This project started with a simple clogged shower drain. Again, being a holiday weekend, I called a chain plumber to get the job done quickly. Instead, I ended up in a panic when said company glanced under the house, saw water and within 2 minutes of arriving was quoting me a whole new main and sub floor work. That's when I found Charlie's number and called for an honest second opinion. He arrived within an hour, crawled under the house and did a thorough inspection to discovered it was just rain water! Oh, then he snaked my drain -- which was all I needed in the first place.
