I feel like they're some of the few remaining companies that are honest, straight forward, and aren't in to sell unneeded services. You have an issue, they'll fix it. Looking for somebody to come up sell you on weird maintenance plans or services that you never knew you needed. Look else where. Dealing with Mike is like having my uncle come over and help me out. Except instead of beer, they take money.
