I can't believe that I haven't written a review for Randy at Charlie's Plumbing and Maintenance until now. Randy has been my go-to plumber for more than 15 years. Randy knows his work, has reasonable prices and is very reliable. Randy has done Bathroom Remodels, Emergency Leak Repair, Unclogged Sewer Lines, Tankless Water Heater Flushes and general plumbing maintenance on my 4-plex and home. Randy has given me many suggestions on how to prevent Plumbing problems and how to maintain my existing plumbing. I can't recommend him enough.

We had used Charlie's plumbing service to unclog our main old clay sewer pipe a few years ago. However, this time there were too many obstructions from our beautiful
White elm tree and had a trench less polyetheleyne installed. Luis was our contact person and supervisor. He and his crew were professional, respectful of our property and efficient. Luis showed the entire process on video and also the two six feet holes that were excavated. When they were done, you could not even tell this major project was done in our front yard in 8 hours!
Charlie's plumbing is honest, trustworthy and priced competitively!

A few months ago, I asked Randy to help my dad with a plumbing issue he was having (toilet; one bathroom house). Randy said he would call him back. At end of my work day, I found out Randy never called. My 80 year old, terminally I'll father had to fix the problem himself because as it got late in the day, he was stressed about not having a working toilet for him and his 83 girlfriend. If I had known Randy couldn't make it that day, or had known he wasn't going to call back, I would've understood and found someone else. What I don't understand, is why you say you will call back, then you never did. This was a considerable job for my dad in his condition... Just months before he passed away, rootering out a drain.
