DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE! We needed some plumbing done and our water heater replaced. The first guy that came was inconsistent and certainly didn't know what he was doing. Didn't know his job. We had a gas leak and had to get the gas shut off. Then it took a long time to get that fixed after several attempts and wrong parts. Another guy came and FINALLY fixed it after I complained a whole lot! This whole job took about six months! I had to get someone else to finish the job. They are not as good of a business as they used to be years ago. Someone else brought it out I think. Too bad because it used to be a reputable business! Not worth dealing with them if you want to save money, get quality work, and save time!

Hands down the WORST PLUMBING COMPANY!!!! Our basement flooded so I called them to come figure out the issue. I told the plumber they sent multiple times you cannot go through the toilet, you have to go through the sink. Didn't listen to me. After a few attempts going through the toilet & taking it off he FINALLY goes through the sink. Says ""clogged is fixed."" Two weeks later our basement floods, call them again. Plumber quotes us ""between $150-200"" uses a camera that doesn't show anything because, guess what? ""The camera I used isn't made to go underwater."" The plumber shows up to our house at 10pm to show us said video SMELLING LIKE WEED & says ""sorry, I was partying"" while laughing so hard at the fact that we couldn't see anything on the video, due to him not using the right camera. We get our bill in the mail (which we were charged a late fee because they didn't get our address right) & it was over $600. The lady on the phone said ""you can either pay with a credit card or you can get a loan from the bank. If you don't pay TODAY we will send you to collections"" T E R R I B L E

I'm so upset that you went 3 times to my 79 year old dad's home and didn't fix his water heater!! Then still charged him $250!!! Shame on you!

Do you enjoy paying for unauthorized replacements when you requested a repair? If so, Charlie's North Platte Plumbing is the vendor for you! Not only do they perform unauthorized work, they treat you like crap for questioning said work! Lori has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and is RUDE and disrespectful for no apparent reason. What should've been a $84 fix (mind you they charge for a FULL HOUR of labor when they were there for 15 minutes) turned into a $195 charge with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION to me, the homeowner. Prepare to get bent over if you use them for ANYTHING!!! NEVER AGAIN will I use them. NEVER!!!!
