Have an old house in Hudson and the roots invaded my old clay sewer pipes again. Charlie's Drain Service was here in less that two hours, they quickly cleaned out the sewer pipe from my basement to the street. Super friendly. Super job. Great, great price. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Charlie's Drain is a hands down FIVE STAR company. I had a tub drain completely blocked and a slow moving sink drain. Called on a Sunday, thinking I would just leave a message for a Monday call back, but their weekend answering service quickly passed on the message and I had a call back from Jim within 20 minutes confirming the information had been received and they would call the next morning to confirm their arrival time.

Monday morning Jim was onsite within an hour or so from the time the office called me. He was so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He had fixed both issues within about 30 minutes.

Fast forward to Wednesday, I realized that our 1st floor tub drain was now moving slow as a result of Monday's work. Again, Jim was back at the house within a couple of hours of my phone call. He again very efficiently fixed the issue, did so with a smile and there was no additional charge for the second visit.

DO NOT USE!! I would give them a negative 1 if I could. They went to mothers house to unclog a drain and the Tech told my mother they went to the road and there was nothing wrong and still charged her. I got involved and called a competitor that had it unclogged in less than 20 minutes and shared the clog was only 60 feet out and had no issues getting through. What a waste if $150. They just didn't want to finish the job apparently. Very sad! DO NOT USE especially if you don't know what your looking at as they will take advantage.

LIFESAVERS! Charlie's drain service checks so many great boxes!

- Timely! We had an after hours emergency situation with a basement flooded with sewage. We called Allen's Drain Service first based on a recommendation. They said they would call back within an hour. Over an hour later, no call. Called them back and again they said it would be soon. We gave up and looked up Charlie's. They called back within 20 minutes, told us exactly what we needed to do until they could get their, and were there ASAP!

- PRICED RIGHT! They did an excellent job on the drains, and the cost was HALF of what I thought it would be. Worth every penny for the service you get.

I will not use anyone else except Charlie's for any plumbing issues! Highly recommended!

Let me first start off by saying any reviews stating he did a great job and was out in done in less than an hour, you were ripped off. First off he is probably trying to unclog your mainline from a floor drain instead of doing the job properly. This type of company give a horrible warranty and doesn't clean the drain properly. They charge a little less but they know the drsin might stay open for 6 months, then you are calling them back. Just so everyone knows to properly clean a main line the drsin must be cleaned from a clean out, which is installed either at the front wall, kitchen sink drain ( close to the basement floor), near the base of the stack in the basement. If you don't have any of these then the only other option is to pull the commode and clean the drain from the closet bend, get on the roof and clean the drain from the vent, or if you have a septic tank sometimes they can open the lid and clean the drain back towards the house from the tank closets to the house. If you have be screwed by this company and anyone that used them have you need to file complaints with wnir. They are sponsors. Ask for their sales rep and let them know what type of work this company does. Bob, the owner is completely clueless and had no idea on how to do his his. Look at the pics he has on his website. He has a very dirty drain machine sitting in a counter top and trying to run the cable through a basket strainer. Bob you are s complete moron, try taking the trap apart and cleaning the drsin properly. He is at his best posing for the camera and completely clueless. Noe imagine him at your house. Total moron. Great job Bob you made me laugh. Moron

I can't say enough good things about Charlie's Drain Service.

I had a backed up downspout. I made a call, and was so impressed with how nice the gentleman that answered the phone was. I haaaaate when service professionals act annoyed with you, or act like they are doing you a favor. It was quite the opposite here. The customer service was top notch.

It's rained cats and dogs the last week, so you know they are swamped. They were able to come the very next day. They fixed the problem quickly, gave me a 90 day guarantee, and it was half the price I was expecting to pay. It wasn't even that much more than it would have been to rent a 100 ft snake from Home Depot and do it myself.

I highly recommend them.
