I used to hate having to call out a plumber, but with this company I don't mind at all. Usually we get one of the female experts and they are so tidy and clean about all of their work, and they know what they're doing too. On more than one occasion they took care of stuff, that previous plumbers couldn't or didn't know how to do - that's how good they are.

I made a appointment to have a plumbing part replaced. They arrived but did not have the part so physically they did not work. They were aware of the part they had been there once previously. Anyway showed up did no work no part and had the nerve to bill me for 1 full hour of service.
