What a nice surprise in our otherwise hectic, frustrated lives. Having just moved into a house with no furniture and living out of boxes until the flooring is finished our kitchen sink plugged up! Charlie's name shined out at me on Yelp and voila! here he came and fixed the problem in short order. Very pleasant and we recommend him highly.

I got up to my cabin late one night. As soon as I turned on the water, water started spraying everywhere.
In the morning, I started calling around. It was Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, so my hopes were not high. I called someone, who referred me to someone, who referred me to Charlie Sprung. I left a message on his machine and kept looking.
Charlie called me back about 10 minutes later and said he could come right out!
He did, in fact, come right out. He was so friendly and got my pipe repaired quickly.
I commented, during conversation, that I was going to have to unhook my trailer where it was because I'm not good at backing it up. When he was done with the job, he asked if he could move my trailer for me. He got it just where I wanted it and even unhooked it for me.
Talk about great customer service!! I will definitely keep his number handy!
