Lack of Integrity and standing behind their word.
My experience...During a fall morning commute I was rear-ended by a Miner Plumbing company truck and Ryan Miner due to a sneeze attack. He was friendly and apologetic, offering to pay for the damage out of pocket. Accidents happen so I gave him the benefit-of-the-doubt and took his contact info and license plate.

Unfortunately, after repeated attempts to contact Ryan I received no response. I decided to go through my insurance. At the very least, that's what insurance is for. Accidents happens. The claim was rejected due to denial of the accident. Even with the license plate and company vehicle description I could not file a claim without a police report. Lesson learned.

I have worked in the construction industry and real estate for almost 20 years in Novato, Marin and Sonoma Counties. If a company is not willing to have integrity and rectify a small incident, even through insurance, what will happen if something goes wrong in a gas line installation...whether they have business insurance or not. I will certainly never recommend Miner Plumbing, nor will I allow any General Contractors I hire to use them as a subcontractor. Hire at your own risk. From my experience, integrity is NOT a principal value at Miner Plumbing.

I had a handyman do some plumbing work for me that he never got finished correctly. Ryan came in and fixed all the issues in fairly short order. He was neat and professional and I would highly recommend Miner Plumbing. I will use them as my first choice in the future.

Just had Charlie install a gas line for our new gas stovetop. Charlie did an excellent and thorough job and he even noticed a slightly leaky line on the top of my water heater and went ahead and fixed it with no additional labor costs.

Charley and his son Ryan installed a gas line for my new fireplace today. When the folks who will be installing the new fireplace told me I needed a plumber for the gas line, I cringed! My experience with plumbers in the past has been marginal at best. However, it was significantly different with Charlie and Ryan. On time, called when they were on their way, cleaned up, didn't waste my time, and best of all, they did quality work at a reasonable price. Ryan even fixed my leaky kitchen faucet when they were finished with the gas line, simply because I mentioned it. They were a delight to work with and I will hire them again whenever I need a plumber. I would not consider going anywhere else.
