Is it weird to tell people how much you love your plumber? I have used Hall Plumbing three times, plus recommended them to my mom who has happily had them out as well. Charlie, Jake, and Chuck are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and wonderful to work with. I had to do a repipe and had 4 bids, Hall Plumbing was right in the middle, I went with them because of their exceptional customer service and knew if I ever had any follow up concerns, they would stand by their work. I've used them to also snake drains, their prices are reasonable compared to other vendors, and again, high level of customer service. They also gave me some advice to help with clogs in the future. I greatly appreciate Charlie and his sons' friendly demeanor and that they remember me (and my mom) when I call to schedule. They are responsive, on time, and a well oiled machine working together. They do excellent work, I would give 10 stars if I could!

Five stars, once again. Contacted Charlie Hall (again) for help addressing a leaking shutoff valve for my outdoor plumbing. They showed up at the agreed time, replaced the valve, gave me some advice on other questions I had, and were out the door within an hour. Super friendly. Hope it'll be a little while before we need to call you again.

Charlie and Jake were absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with an older shower valve not being able to turn appropriately which required a new cartridge or replacement. Charlie and Jake drove to a couple of different warehouses in the area to find the part they need and charged a very reasonable amount for the time they spent on our project. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and would love to have them over again just for dinner and conversation! Such great genuine people who go above and beyond to get the job done at a reasonable cost -- highly recommend!

Charlie and his crew, Jake and Chuck, were a delight to work with from start to finish. They responded to my query about a broken sink very quickly, and were able to come out and fix it the next week. They were always quick to communicate and follow through, and they're all really nice and professional. They did such quality work, it felt like they really cared (that's definitely not always been our experience with plumbing work!). Also, because our SE bungalow is over 100 years old, we were concerned about matching the existing fixtures and Charlie did a seamless job with that. He worked at George Morlan for over 20 years so he knows his stuff! He and his team left everything perfectly cleaned up and it's amazing to have a working sink again. We're so happy to have found Charlie & crew, and we will call them for all our plumbing problems from now on!

Charlie did a great job on my broken toilet. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose
and then back again during the week to finish the work with the new toilet. He is very friendly, responsive and efficient. I've hired him twice now and would hire him again.

They were very nice and efficient and were happy to talk to my home warranty company, which I was a little nervous about asking. We will definitely be giving them a call for future plumbing problems or projects. As with most skilled tradesmen these days, they are busy, so try to call ASAP when you have an issue.

Awesome service and so happy I now have a plumber for future projects. Charlie and his crew replaced an old tank style water heater with a tankless one, and also installed a new kitchen faucet for me. The water heater changeover was a big project and they worked like a well oiled machine.
