I highly recommend Charlie! I called him with a leaky valve and he helped me out over the phone and stayed in my area in case it wasn't an easy fix. This very broke nursing student appreciates a plumber who looks out for his customers, even new ones who he has never met. I will definitely be calling him first if I have any troubles and have given out his number to my friends.

I recently purchased 2 toilets from George Morlan Plumbing. Ken, the Sales representative, recommended that I contact Charlie Hall to install the toilets for me.
Charlie and his son, Jake, were very punctual in arriving at my home on the date and time that I requested. They even called me the rnorning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. I was highly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional people skills. Their quality of workmanship and level of expertise is outstanding. And the job rates are very reasonable. I feel very fortunate to have found Charlie Hall Plumbing.

Charlie returned my call within an hour and was at my house 20 minutes after that. He understood my hesitation about putting a lot of money into a sink we would be tearing out in a few months anyway, and gave me a wonderful temporary fix to meet my current needs. While doing so we got to chat and I discovered what an absolute joy this man is. Yes he's an excellent plumber, but he's also a wonderful human and totally put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!

Absolutely perfect! That is my two-word review of Charlie and Charlie Hall Plumbing. The many rave reviews are well deserved given my experience today. The longer story is that I own an old home, built in 1916, that comes with the usual list of maladies, including old plumbing. A few weeks ago a valve which looked like a pressure relief mechanism began running continually, which was flushing water and dollars literally down the drain. I looked around a bit for a solution but could not figure out what the thing was, so defaulted to Yelp! to find a plumber. Based on the excellent reviews and his being a family business I called Charlie.

Charlie called back shortly after I left my first message, and over-the-phone walked me through trouble-shooting the issue. He very quickly guided me to the details he needed to diagnose the problem which was a malfunctioning primer valve. We arranged for him to drop by the following Monday at a specific time.

Come the appointed time, Charlie is right there on my porch. Affable, friendly, energetic and quick, Charlie got right to it. He took a look at the set up and after a brief trip to the plumbing supply store for the valve he set to work. He is very fast. Within minutes he had the thing replaced.

The whole time Charlie kept up a running conversation - he is a helluva interesting guy.

20 minutes and done. A great visit and great work from a terrific, seasoned and customer-centric old-school plumber who really cares about his customer.

I got a quote to repipe my old house from Charlie on his way out. I am certain I will be seeing him and his team soon.

You know that moment when your family is coming to town to the see the house you just bought and meet your girlfriend and the kid and you realize you forgot to call a plumber to fix the hot water shower in the guest bathroom. Have no fear cause Charley Hall is here. It was a super simple fix and any other person could have cone out and fixed it and charged me and we would have gladly paid. Instead Charley called me back within an hour and troubleshooted the problem over the phone and I fixed it in less than 5 minutes. We will only be calling this plumber for all of our needs in the future. Thanks much and have a great holiday!

We called Hall Plumbing based on the great reviews, and we were not disappointed. Charlie was friendly and helpful over the phone, and he and his son got the job done quickly. Very reasonably priced. We don't have to worry about hiring shady plumbers anymore, as we will always go with Charlie from now on!

Charlie and and his son Jacob are great. I had a large plumbing project for a remodel that was botched pretty bad by the first set of plumbers i hired. At the time i was very frustrated loosing the money i had originally put down with the first guys and left w/ such poor work and yet still needed to get this done. In hind sight it was worth the loss because finding Charlie i now have someone i can trust with other jobs in the future and have someone i can trust to recommend to friends and family.

Charlie came over the very next day from my initial call. Upon arriving and looking of the job was very clear on what needed to be done and what the expenses were gonna run me. He performed everything on the bid and even then some and and the quality of work was fantastic and done in only a couple days. His quality and speed of work, great personality, clear communication of what the job entails and reasonable prices is while i'll never look elsewhere for any plumbing needs that may arrive.

Late on a Friday I discovered a wet place beside my front deck. Early Saturday I tore off just a few boards and found water running. I called several plumbers. They were all too busy or wanted hundreds of dollars just to look. My neighbor said ""Call Charlie Hall"". That was the best advice I have gotten in years! Charlie came over on Saturday and told me he could fix it. He came back ON SUNDAY and fixed my busted main line. We are elderly folks, on a fixed income, who desperately needed help and we got that from Charlie! He was knowledgeable, fast, cheerful and an all around nice guy. Charlie was honest about the extent of our problem and charged us a very reasonable fee for a very hard day's work! KUDOS!!

These guys came out and replaced our leaking spigot at the back of the house. We had a deck installed recently, so the spigot was covered and difficult to get to. They simply disconnected it and installed a new one in a convenient spot. They were so pleasant and knew a lot about our neighborhood. We got ourselves a new plumber. Amazing job. Quick, efficient, and affordable. You can't go wrong with guys like this.
