I have actually used this guy twice; once to redirect a gas line for a new stove and then to figure out a sewer smell in our shower and replace a hose bib. The guy does good work and his rates are very good but his time management and ability to update a customer waiting for him need some serious work. The first job was spur of the moment; he was able to come out same day and knocked it out. This last job got was to done Saturday January 13th at 1030. I blocked out a Saturday morning for the 1030 appointment last week only to have him call when he was past due to promise me he'd be there by 3:30. The job was finally finished this afternoon. They arrived at 1:30 today (January 27) for our noon appointment. If you're going to be late, don't leave me sitting there waiting.
