I would highly recommend Charley's Plumbing. My Dad had a faucet leak situation and desperately needed a plumber. Charley answered phone promptly and was able to give me a price quote... not only was he the most reasonable of the 10 quotes I got, his follow through was excellent. He was able to get out and fix it within hours! Very personable and highly skilled. Very satisfied with the job and his attention to detail like cleanup and wearing booties to keep my floors clean! Instead of a long soliloquy I'll just note what was awesome.

1) arrives on time-for all appointments he and Matt were very prompt

2) honest-did not try to sell me a false set of problems

3) clean-as soon as he showed up for the initial meeting they put on shoe covers, while not that important it showed how they respect their potential customer's homes.

4) thorough-unlike all the others who showed up to bid my project and just peeked under my house. Charles suited up and crawled around under my house for 10 minutes, then told me what he was going to do to fix the issue.

5) communication-there was never any problem, I knew what he was planning on doing and he updated me along the way with pictures and updates.

Overall, a total 5 star company and one we will be calling in the future for the next big job.

Amazing service from these guys! They fixed a leak at our water main. I was impressed at how hard they worked to solve the problem and how friendly they were. Super nice guys and took the time to look at some other unrelated issues we were having with our plumbing. Would absolutely recommend them and have them on my list now as the first plumbers I would call next time I need one.

Charley is fantastic! We had a power surge which blew the motherboard in our tankless water heater. He responded within five minutes through Yelp and was so willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution. He even came out on a Saturday and drove to Santa Cruz to service the unit. Since it was a holiday weekend, the company was closed but he was on it and had numbers for me to replace by 8:30 the following business day. I will definitely refer him to others and call on him for help in the future. Charley documents everything! Thanks Charley (and Matt)!

So so Wonderful !! Talk about make us happy !! Came today super friendly, so efficient and knowledgeable and helped us out with our fridge!!
