I contacted Charleys about the issue with my bathroom faucet and tub sprout diverter. He is so responsive. I messaged him with the pic and described the issues through the message, and he provided me with all the professional suggestions and explained to me how to fix the issues under different types of potential causes. Charley is a true professional. Not only is he always prompt and extremely responsive by phone, he is honest. Charley did a lot of work on my grandfather's house that has plumbing dating back to the 1960's. He was fair with his pricing and extremely knowledgeable about all the work he had to do. He sent an invoice via email with a full breakdown of the costs, so we were fully in the loop with the work he was doing.

Charley always entered my grandparents' home with boot covers, which shows just how professional and detail-oriented he is. He never left a mess and always communicated what he was doing and explained it in a way that we could all understand. I truly think that this is sets him apart from anyone else in the trade.

After my grandfather's passing, we had an issue with a shower knob, breaking off- we called Charley and he was in the house diagnosing the problem within 30 minutes. He placed a temporary knob and had to order a part, with the promise that he would contact us when the part came in, and he did just that. Charley did not even charge us for the universal knob and any of the work that he did as a courtesy to us after losing my grandfather- if that doesn't show what top-notch customer service this man provides, I don't know what will. We will be Charley's customers for life, and recommend him to anyone needing plumbling help.

We had previously renovated our home with a terrible contractor. There were so many issues, but the main one that we asked Charles to come out was to repair one of our 2nd floor toilets was never connected to the sewage drain, and another line had just begun leaking too.

Charles was through, explained the process to us, and even checked other parts of the house to tell us what needed to be corrected now and what could wait for another day because of funding and we were expecting our baby soon.

Charles is professional and very responsive. I had a leaky single handle shower valve. Another plumber solution was to replace the entire valve assembly by cutting the pipes around it. Very $$$. Charles came in, diagnosed the problem correctly as the back end of the valve assembly, replaced it and bingo, problem solved.

Needed some basic plumbing repairs (toilet running, faucet dripping, garbGe disposal frozen).
Charles was responsive, proficient, and fair.
He did the repair on the faucet, but he wasn't completely satisfied so he ordered a part (it's an older model faucet) that came in after the work was completed. As soon as the part came in, he called to see if he could come install it. Above and Beyond service!
