Needed to get a exterior faucet replaced. It was wet at the time of their first visit and I was to call to schedule later. After repeated phone calls I finally gave up realizing he was never going to show up-what a creep.

We recently had a new water heater installed by Charleston's Plumbing and they did a FABULOUS job !!! Mr. Charleston was very informative and helped explain all of the options we had as well as explained in detail what the job would entail. They were very friendly, on time and we are so happy with our new water heater. I would definitely recommend this company !! They are also BBB accredited which was important to us as customers.

Wish I could give no stars...Terrible and completely unreliable!! Plumber was scheduled to come on a Friday and just did not show up. We didn't even receive a call that he was not coming. We had to get a hold of him and he rescheduled to he following Tuesday. Again, we never heard from him on Tuesday. We called 5 times that day and left 5 voicemails for someone to return our call. Never received a call back even though their voicemail says they "check voicemails frequently". What a joke.

I had a bad experience with this company 2 years ago and now it has come back to bite me hard. They replaced both of my exterior faucets. Not only did they leave a mess, they also skipped a critical step in the process. I failed to notice that they didn't fill the opening around the new pipe they just installed with foam insulation. They had pulled some fiberglass insulation and left it on the ground, but didn't replace it. With all of the severely cold weather this winter, even with frost covers over the faucets, the back one had a freeze break and flooded my kitchen last week when we turned it on for the first time. I called and left them a message about what happened and they never called me back. I am a general contractor and use a lot of plumbers in my business and this company is one of the worst I have seen in 17 years of business. They leave a mess, they don't do the work the right way and then they don't call you back. They hit the trifecta of what it means to run a poor service company.
