Where do I start? I was told that I had a scheduled 1:30pm appointment on a Friday so I took the entire afternoon off work so I could make sure to be home for one of your Plumbers. Around 1:45pm I call to see where the plumber is and they inform me that they were backed up but will have someone arrive at 3:30pm. These things happen so I thought nothing of it. Around 4:00pm when no one has yet to show up for my scheduled appointment I attempted to call Charles Plumbing back but of course, no one answered. For the next hour I repeatedly attempted to contact someone at this company but conveniently for them, no one would answer their phone until it was time to close. At this point I realized I had just wasted an entire half of my work day just to get stood up. It gets better.... Out of curiosity I called back the next day to see what happened. On this day (Saturday) someone picked up the phone right away. I explained to them that I didn't appreciate having my time wasted and instead of apologizing I was told that """"they didn't know what happened"""" and proceeded to tell me that because they're so busy """"These things can happen"""" and hung up on me once he realized I wasn't interested in moving forward with scheduling a 2nd appointment with them (why would I be?). It seems for now that Charles Plumbing has enough business coming their way that Customer Service and showing up to appointments isn't at the top of their priority list. I want to personally thank your company for wasting my time!

I rarely post reviews, but these guys were incredible. we had two different plumbers over 6 months try to fix our issue. in 5 minutes these guys fixed our issue and explained everything. the whole experience was unbelievable; from the scheduling, to the service, communication, RESULTS. Highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
