Returned from vacation to find our water line going into the house had broken. Fortunately a neighbor had our water turned off, however we did not have water to the house and needed quick repair. Contacted Charles, arranged to be at our house the next morning (bad weather), pointed why it had broken, repaired with his assistance and had water back in the house before noon. Excellent service, professional, and at a good price. Would definitely recommend, and if we another need for a plumber, will be the one we call.

I found them through the iPhone maps app and saw they had good Yelp reviews. My husband and I got back from vacation on a Sunday at 4:30 pm and we came back to our basement bathroom shower filled with water and our toilet backed up. The smell was absolutely disgusting. Charles arrived within 30 mins of us placing the call. He immediately knew the issue was our sewer pump and quoted us the parts and labor. My husband and I agreed and Charles and his colleague Immediately went to go buy the parts. They came back quickly and replaced the parts. He was pleasant to work with, quoted us a good price, took the time to explain the issue and fixed it for us. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future. This was great customer service and professional work.

Enough good can not be said about Charles & Henry. We had a late in the day major blockage in one of our pipes and as fate would have it, Charles Plumbing was able to see us next to immediately. A few hours and several big tools later our plumbing woes were over. Charles & Henry were very friendly, professional and had the expertise to get the job done. Obviously I don't want additional plumbing issues but If I do, Charles Plumbing and Trading will be my go to. Thank you sooo much Charles and Henry, You are the best in the business.

Charles responded to our emergency call on Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm and arrived at 5:00pm. He upfront gave quote and upon agreement quickly went to digging and repaired our water main leak. He was professional and speedy throughout the duration. His pricing was average since inflation and for a Sunday emergency. Called 4 other plumbers and all were not available even though website says 24/7. Thanks Charles for being reliable, dependable & expedient!

So glad we found Charles online! He was very reliable, quoted us a great price, and started working on the issue two days after quoting us! If you have another plumber, I'd totally recommend getting a second opinion from Charles. We had initially contacted another plumber and he had quoted us $2500 to replace a water line for a water leak we had outside our home. This other guy told us that finding the leak was completely impossible and we just needed to replace the whole thing.... It seemed ridiculously expensive so that's when we found Charles. He quoted us $675 for finding the leak and repairing it. He did mention it would have to eventually be replaced, but that would work for now. Honestly, I appreciate the honesty better than just saying it is """"impossible"""" and that we just needed to spend all that money so sudden. Charles was very knowledgeable and gave us options and that's what we appreciate about him. He was on time on the day we scheduled, and gave us an invoice so we could submit it to the water department so we could get a refund on the wasted water. I'd totally recommend working with Charles! Let me start by saying we had just lost a very dear loved one and we came home from making funeral arrangements only to find a water line had burst in our front yard and water was everywhere. This was on a Saturday evening at around 6:00. I called Charles and he was able to be at my house within 12 hours(sunrise)and have the repair done in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you Charles and your wonderful assistant.

He comes in on time and replies to you phone calls. But he's super expensive and charges too much for not enough work. He literally tightened a pipe and charged close to 200$. Felt like I was tricked. Next time I'm going to shop around.

Charles and his associate did an excellent job correcting a DIY installation of a new faucet in a kitchen. The project turned into more work than anticipated due to convoluted piping installed by the builder. He was punctual and able to come out on short notice. Upon initial inspection, he provided an affordable quote that he stuck to. He was able to fix the plumbing and had all necessary materials on hand to complete the job. Him and his associate were professional and knowledgeable all around, taking proper safety precautions. I also appreciated that they wore masks and shoe coverings out of respect for your space. Would absolutely recommend for plumbing issues.
