I recently called Mr. Flynn to my house for a shower base repair. He asked me to do the demo which I did before hand. I then had a brand new replacment on hand also ready to go. So no demo and no parts needed. He came to my house and i politely asked him to remove his shoes. (I have white carpets). whole walking onto my carpets he says ""I don't Take my shoes off"" and walked upstairs never even looking back at me. He then repaired the unit and walked (now dirty wet shoes) back downstairs, sat on my couch, put his his feet on my table and continued to write my bill. He was there 45 minutes and wrote a bill for $654.41. Yes that's correct. For a 45 minute job, with no demo and replacement parts there. Oh, yeah he left the faucet part 1 inch from the base and said ""I left you a tube, so you can caulk it"" and left. I swear to God on my family this is 100% true. The most disrespectful man I have ever met. And a complete rip off. My family is still mad I paid him.

Had a semi-emergency this past Monday in that a 6"" iron sewer pipe sprung a leak over a finished basement room. Called three plumbers. First to reply was Charlie Flynn. Professional courteous and prompt! Did a temp patch to stop the leak and came back the next day to make the permanent repairs. We also had him install a new toilet and vanity. Great work!
