Showed up on day of appointment...looked around for about 5 minutes and left saying they had to go get parts and never came back...I had to call to see if they were coming back! Talked to someone 3 times and they said they were coming back...finally 5 o'clock that evening got a call said they couldn't come till Monday...very unprofessional would not recommend AT ALL!

Used to be a very good company. They've gotten too expensive and not reliable.
Can't seem to keep their staff. Used to have 4 trucks, but now have only 2 operational. Much better companies around.

The pilot light on my water heat keeps on going out. So I've been calling Charles moon plumbing. So two times they came to my home and charge me for a house call, light the pilot light, and it goes out right away. They say nothing is wrong. So I call back to see if they can replace the heater or another part. They haven't called me back. Besides the $80.00 for a house call. I gave them a $20.00 tip. Very bad customer service. And if you look at all my reviews. They are all good except one. I don't like to give a bad review.

wow. i am in such disbelief that my work order was put off, three times... and that a phone conversation ---was just dropped.

 the scheduler---frustrated that i wouldn't accept that another job was put in front of my job....she hung up on me. without any resolution.
seriously ?!
 that's a horrible way to do business....

will be advising them.... to not do that anymore.

the repairs were performed by another company very quickly--with no ordering of parts or anything. still left wondering why my job was put off...and other jobs were place ahead of mine. disgraceful. and uncompassionate.

Called for an estimate on 8/19 to rough-in a bathroom in our basement. Guy came out right away and took pictures. He said he would give the pics to his boss and they would get back to me with an estimate in a few days. One week later I called and asked where the estimate was and was told in a couple of days. It's now 9/5 and I still do not have the estimate. I guess they're too busy!

I had a water leak and I called and scheduled an appointment with Chatles Moon Plumbing. They verified the appointment the day before, arrived on time, researched the problem and provided an estimate right on the spot. I was informed as the job progressed and am happy to say no more water leak.

The plumber was nice, friendly and professional. I definitely am keeping Chatles Moon on my speed dial for the next time I need a plumber.
