I needed sewer line and water line repair. Adam and his son Cye were amazing. Adam clearly explained what was to be done in layman's terms. He started early and finished later in the day but kept at it. I had contacted another plumbing company they kept telling me they would come on and off for 3 weeks. I finally gave up on them. I also called a company that had super friendly plumbers but wasn't give a hard estimate. Messina actually sent me the quote beforehand. As a customer that's very important so we know what to budget. Highly recommended.

we have had two occasions to contact Charles Messina, Plumbing, Electrical And HVAC. The first time we didn't have heat, the second time we didn't have AC. Both times Rich, the tech from Charles Messina, was here promptly (within hours for my call!) and diagnosed and resolved issue quickly. Couple that with their reasonable prices and courteous staff and you have one great company!

It is difficult to find a company who stands behind their product as well as dependable employees.

I had this bad smell coming from shower stall.
Apparently previous owners never put a trap underneath the shower. So it was draining into main sewer pipe. So many years just smelling sewer smell. David put a trap underneath. Here about an hour. Put the everything back together.
Did a great job. Will use them again.

My water pump stopped working yesterday and I couldn't get ahold of the plumber i usually use. The bladder tank had gone bad I called this company and when they found out I had no water they squeezed me into their schedule right away. The plumber that came to my house, Dan , was fantastic. He assured me I would have water yesterday.
From the time I called I had running water within an hour and a half
Needless to say I have a new plumber now.

Extremely unprofessional ""company"" that purports to be a business but fails at the basic tenets.

Most work involves giving a quote prior to starting a job. This is where they fail and fail hard. Perhaps they felt the job wasn't worth their time to do...or to let us know. Hard to say, as repeated requests for said quote went either unanswered or were broken promises. At this point, they could offer to do for free and I would turn them down.

I wish I could leave negative stars.

We had an electrician from Charles Messina Plumbing & Electric came out to give us quote for putting electrical wires for a video door bell about 3 weeks ago. The guy came and looked. He said he will give us a quote in a few days. I called the company last week, the receptionist said they will send us a quote in a few days. Still haven't received any. Very bad business practice.

Had the AC unit go bad. Could move air - just not cold air. Called at 8:AM on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. They called me right back - less than 5 min. Service tech showed up by 10:30 AM and the unit was fixed by 11:45 AM. Could not ask for a more professional service call visit. Even got a better part - 5-year warranty then what was in the AC unit. All that for about $310.

We had a plumbing issue on Monday. We called Charles Messina because we used them in the past. In hind sight, that should have been our first warning as the issue was the same as the last time Charles Messina was used. We calling about our present plumbing issue, we fully disclosed that there was a blockage in the kitchen sink piping and all of the issues we had due to the blockage. When the technicians arrived, they said they did not bring the proper equipment. My husband said that he could wait while they got their equipment but, the technicians said they could not do that as they had 4 other appointments. Very frustrating!
