OVERPRICED!! Didn't even look at the problem, wanted to charge me $300-$400 for something that they didn't even bother to check other than going based on my assumption of what I thought it could be. I told the tech how he could know what's wrong if he didn't even look at the boiler? His answer was ""I've been doing this a long time"" even after he admitted he's only been with the company a year. He then said it would be even more expensive if it's not the issue I thought it could be.

This is not how you run a business and price gouge or take advantage of customers who call with zero heat.

I was also told the tech would text me prior to just showing up along with a picture. That didn't happen. He just showed up unexpectedly. I waited around all day to still have no heat. Avoid.

They charged me a
for a service call for nothing (he was here a total of 5 minutes) which was basically me telling them they're out of their mind I'm not paying 300-400 and upwards for a 15 dollar part.
