Our washer backed up into our tub and toilet. They came out the same day and stayed late to clean our lines.

Called 8-11 about ac issue told tech would be at my house next day never showed or called

Although quick to respond to after-hours phone call, it took the guy (Scotty) far too long to find my plumbing problem. He did finally locate and remove obstruction after fiddling with things for several hours. He specifically said on the phone that I would not be charged anything extra for after-hours, and the fee would be $100 per hour. So I hired him based on trusting his statement. However, when he arrived, driving a You Haul rental truck instead of a company vehicle, he did a """"bait-and-switch"""" on me and said the boss lady said no, he had to charge $125 per hour instead of their """"usual"""" $100 per hour, billed in 30-min. increments. But they were giving me a break by only adding $25 an hour more. I called at 8:30 p.m., and two hours later, he arrived. I specifically said, """"It's 10:30 p.m. now. How long do you think this will take?"""" He said, """"Should be way less than an hour, but we have a minimum one-hour charge."""" Believing the cost would be no more than a total of $125, I agreed to let him try to find the issue. Additionally, I was never told that the time started when he left the shop, and that would be $62.50 for him driving an estimated 30 mins., from Pearl to Madison. When I got the invoice, however, on top of already charging me $62.50 for the trip, he then tacked on another $20 + sales tax as a """"gas and mileage charge."""" I considered that to be double-dipping and gouging me for more money. When I questioned the padded bill, he said that he """"helped me out"""" by stopping the clock a little early or it would have been even more than $422.65 to find and remove a chewed-up washcloth and chewed-up remnants of a garment, both assumed to have gotten into the washing machine drain somehow. Truth is, he spent a lot of time talking, scratching his head of what to do, searching for a clean-out plug instead of quickly finding the issue as he said he could do (on the phone and again when he arrived, reassuring me that it would likely take far less than one hour). Even though he did find and remove the obstruction, for which I was grateful, I say that """"we helped HIM out"""" by having the toilet already removed for much quicker access and also taking care of reinstalling the toilet ourselves after he left. Us doing that saved him a lot of work and time. No, I DO NOT recommend this company based on what I believe were false and misleading representations and price gouging me as a customer! I'm soooo happy I found this company! I called this afternoon with a huge problem (water would not drain from the bathtub or toilets), and it was taken care of quickly and completely! The cost was CONSIDERABLY LESS than the other two plumbing companies I spoke with told me they would have charged!!! Also... I have had a problem with one toilet for years...he told me how to take care of that,...I purchased the part and fixed it myself!!! I will be telling all the nurses I work with to call them! So nice to have someone who does what you need to have done without taking advantage of you!!!

I felt they were too expensive. It took them 3 trips to fix my toilet. Will not recommend them to anyone else

OH MY! This has been a terrible experience. Lie after lie. 6/28/2017 I called Jones plumbing and spoke with Linda to request a bid to re-plumb a small house, one and a half bath, she stated that she would have one of here plumbers call , me to set a visit. 6/30/2017 Bubba (William Noland) came by the house to work up the bid. Bubba seemed to be very knowledgeable, was familiar with what would be needed etc. He obviously had the experience needed. I had several other bids, Bubba's was not the lowest bid, but based on his knowledge, I agreed to give him the job. He said the job should only take one, maybe two days at the most. 7/3/2017 Bubba showed up at lunch time. I figure I would catch him after lunch, to see what progress was made, discuss work plans etc. He was gone before I could get back. I called Bubba, and he said he would be back the next day to finish. 7/7/2017 I called Bubba again, he said his gout was bad in his foot, he had gone to get some medicine and would be back to finish the following Monday 7/10/2017. 7/10/2017 No Bubba 7/12/2017 I called Bubba and he told me he was too busy and would not be back. I called Linda and Jones Plumbing and asked if she would send someone else to finish. She did not know Bubba had taken the job. She did not know the bid amount - nothing. So I gave her the information. She said she would find someone else to finish. 7/13/2017 Justin called, said he will be here the next day. 7/14/2017 Justin came by, looked over the job and said he would start Monday. 7/17/2017 Justin started today. He finished running the pipe under the house and started on running the pipe to the apartment behind the house. The trench was literally 4 inches deep. I told Justin standard for this area was 12-18 inches deep. He made some calls, and then told me he had called one call - before you dig - NOW - and it would be 3 days before he came back. He packed all his stuff, and left. 7/21/2017 One call never came and marked anything and Justin never came back. I called Linda and told her what Justin had told me. She said she would call Justin and find out what was going on. Justin was to call me back and she would follow up to make sure he did. 7/24/2017 No one ever called me back. I called Linda, she told me the same thing she said on Friday. I sit here waiting on a call back. Also, the spare key to the house is now missing. I have not used the key since Justin used the key to open the house the day he started, and now the key is missing, not on the property. Great, now I will have to re-key the house.
