On January 20, 2018, it was cold and my heater could not work. That was on Saturday. I called Charles for service. I was expecting I can not come today because it is too late. Charles, just said, I will be there. To my surprise he came and fix it. He is just a friendly and competent person. I asked him to give me an estimate to bring heat to my basement, which I am going to fix soon. I am glad I called him. He is now my permanent service man. We need such a competent and friendly people. He saved me, my wife and my four girls from cold. Thanks and God bless you and yours.

You won't find a more honest and skilled heating expert. If you have a steam heating system, you shouldn't even consider anyone else! Understand that Charles charges for a visit to receive quotations, but he is worth every penny. Visit www.heatinghelp.com and you will read the accolades.

Charles Junior is a smart, honest, thoroughly competent, and quite funny plumber. He may not be the cheapest guy out there, but he does the job right the first time. I definitely recommend him. (Previous Yelp evaluator, who does not seem like the sharpest tool in the shed, apparently failed to realize he was talking to Charles Senior, who speaks in a heavy Scotch accent--that's ""Scotch=the adjective for the country,"" not ""Scotch=the noun for the alcohol."" If you call these people, you'll work with the son.) I've used him more than once over the years--definitely recommended.

Rude . The only good thing I can say is that he picked up the phone . Once the phone was picked up , I could not understand what he was saying because he slurs his speech like he was drunk or sleepy . I tried to ask a few questions about what services he provides . It took less than 1 minute for him to lose patience and slur ""Ahh , wah don you git sahmbahdy ils"" ... Click!

Contractors are known for their impolite ways, but this guy sets a new standard . Anyone that even mentions this guy as a possible plumber is now suspect .
