Charles came to my house to work on my upstairs bathroom. He had to replace my faucet that had broke. He had a replacement to put in which I said was fine. When I asked the price Charles said that it was around 200 dollars. When he was done with the job which took approximately two hours, he handed me a bill for 789.00. I was in shock that the job was so much. The bill was general and was not itemized. With that said, I emailed the business asking for the specific charges and their price. I never received that bill. I still don't really understand why the job was so costly. I never heard from the company when I requested the new bill.. Also, the area to access the plumbing was already opened. The only explanation I received from the plumber was that the area was hard to work in because it was a small cramped space. Still feel like the price was exorbitant!May contact NBC respond.

My family has been using this plumber for over 40 years. They are efficient and very knowledgeable.

The female ""receptionist"" is so polite and caring. She gives you the sense that you are cared for, and the business cares about your needs.
Just recently they were at our house in 24 hours to handle out needs.

Charles always takes care of us. He has a big heart. His other service techs take the time to listen and treat your house in a respectable manner. I feel so comfortable knowing that when my mom calls for service, Charles is there. Especially since my father has passed away. He normally took care of that stuff.

Pricing is very responsible. Even if prices were to go up I am sure my family would stay with them. We are loyal like that.

Called late yesterday afternoon and Charles was able to come out today morning to address my issue. Also discovered and explained an additional underlying issue that could create additional problems later along with options to correct and was able to fix that at the same time. Pricing was on-point and not excessive like some big name vendors. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Most times we've used them Charlie himself has done the work, but the people he has working for him seem almost as knowledgeable and just as caring as he is. They are quick, clean, reasonably priced and they do the repairs right. On more than one occasion Charlie has suggested repair over replace saving me time and money.

I discovered a leak under the kitchen sink late Sunday night, called first thing Monday morning and someone came out within a few hours. Wanda at the office was super helpful and Charles and his colleague fixed the issue super quick. Pricing seemed fair. Would highly recommend.

Jonathan and Joe showed up and took care of my summer/winter hook up leak fast and reasonably. They were so friendly and explained what they were doing and took care of it in under an hour.

a million thanks to charles dilberto plumbing. we had a serious blockage in a main pipe and they arrived within a half an hour after we called. they were able to fix the issue and we were able to use our water again. we can not thank you enough for your fast service and the girl who answered the phone was delightful and help get the guys here fast. i would give you 100 starts if i could!!!!!!!!

I give them five stars because of the great work they did today at a Valley Forge Fire Company Social Room. It was no easy job due to many years of patch work done under the bar sink. They were very professional and made sure things worked before leaving for the day. They explained everything they did for us. After 4 different plumbers didn't return calls that were made Paul Cook from Ferguson gave us their number! Thank you thank you!
