I had a broken pipe t that cost 5.65 at Home Depot The tech ripped out the line and a bunch more stuff and replaced it when just the pipe t needed replacement worst experience ever . I do not recommend I was charged for three hours and all the parts when all I needed was a $5.65 pipe t After everything was said and done my bill was $728 . Any repairs that I need from now on I will repair so I am not taking advantage of again.

If I could give less than 1star I would. These guys came out and supposedly fixed the problem we were having. A couple days later we started having the same issue. We were on a wait list for over a week and we decided to call and see what our status was and were told that someone supposedly called us. Neither of us had any missed calls or voicemails. Why lie about something like that? The woman answering the phone (Jeri or Jerry?) got rude with me when I told her we didn't have any calls or voicemails. I just don't understand how some businesses like this treat customers like crap. Unbelievable!
We found another plumber (Fielder Sewer And Drain) that showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We are so happy with the service and honesty of Fielder that we will recommend him to everyone we know.

I called these guys because the cold water was not working in my shower, they sent a plumber out and he confirmed that, yes, indeed the cold water was not working and then they charged me $110 before any work was done. I understand that they charge for being called out but they could at least complete the job before payment.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

My husband had an appointment with a rep from Charles Chester to come give us an estimate and the rep NEVER showed up and we NEVER received a phone call telling us they will be a NO SHOW.

I phoned the company today to get the appointment rescheduled and Joe, at the office, said he couldn't make a confirmed appointment for me. I asked why and he said they are too busy.
I asked for a possible ""future date appointment"" and he said, ""No Can't get you on schedule the guys are too busy."" I asked if there is a break in their busy schedule if someone could call me and I would take whatever time they had open. And again he said NO he couldn't do that. I said so what you are telling me is you UNWILLiNG to help a customer .... and all he said is ""sorry"".
WOW.... for a company to be sooo arrogant not to even attempt to help a customer....... how sad.
I spoke to a few people in town and I guess I'm not the only person to have this happen too.
CUSTOMER BEWARE..... IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH CHARLES CHESTER THEY MAY NOT SHOW UP AND THEY WILL ""NOT"" CALL AND TELL YOU THAT THE APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED - NOR WILL THEY RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR!!!! I'm glad business is booming but come on..... there will be a slow down.

I called SHAW PLUMBING 775-738-2384 and they are also VERY BUSY.... but they were very friendly and more than happy to work with me to get an appointment!!! Customer service does survive in Elko!!! THANK YOU SHAW PLUMBING!!!!

I've had very good experiences with both the HVAC and plumbing sides of this business. They are reasonably priced and very concerned with customer service.
