If you are interested in a no-nonsense service plumber at a fair price then look no further. Charity, Rigo, and their crew are at the top of their game, and I will look only to them for my future plumbing needs. They were efficient, precise, and correctly completed their work in short time, and i am extremely grateful for the blessing of finding them. After 50++ years in the building business, it is a breath of fresh air to me to be able to work with people who are on their game and know what they are doing. I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Charity in a business capacity these last few months and of the THOUSANDS of different companies I have interacted with in my line of work I have yet to meet a business owner that cares about her clients and her companies performance as much as Charity does! Everything from her professionalism and knowing every minute detail of her business and clients, to how she gives back to the community and cares is the standard that every business should hold! She is always looking to improve her business to better service her customers and it doesn't just stop with Charity but her whole team from the office staff with Emily and Micaela to the technicians out in the field! You ever read some reviews and kinda wonder if they are real customers? I sometimes do , but let me tell you. The reviews on Charity's Plumbing are the real deal! I'm a first time home owner that has faced one thing after another as far as home repairs and after calling Charity , not only did she personally pick up the phone, she was quick to put my mind at ease. My downstairs toilet was not flushing and sewage was coming up from the tub. She assured me one of her guys would be out in just a few hours to take care of it. Rigo showed up , instantly diagnosed the problem and i was happily surprised to see Charity show up to assist! He had to snake the cleanOut valve in the front yard leading to the sewer. They found that my Tree had made its way into my pipes and were able to tear through all the roots clearing up the clogging. I'll have to follow up with them to get the pipe replaced but for now , my plumbing works!!!! Rest assured they are not out here trying to rip you off like all the other companies. They are running an honest business and gave me the best price in town. Charity even went as far as walking thru my house and going over some potential future issues with preventative maintenance in mind. Got plumbing problems? What are you waiting for, Call Charity!!

I highly recommend Charity's. We had a slow leak from our primary bath tub faucet that quickly turned into a pretty substantial hot water leak. We heard about Charity's from a colleague of ours that had a similar problem and repair done. Charity was able to get us scheduled right away. The plumber came out ON TIME, inspected and tore down the plumbing piece, while keeping us informed each step of the way. The final repair was better than it was before because now we can more easily turn the knob on and off! Now we're spoiled and are considering having them work on the faucets that aren't leaking to get the ease of knob turn that we love!

Such an awesome experience. Got A+ service from Charity's Plumbing. They came out to my house twice to fix my shower handle. First time Charity came out to fix my shower handle my 80 year old dad fell asleep and couldn't hear the door bell. So Charity came back the next day and got the job done. So patient and understanding of my situation. Will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

STOP WHAT YOUR DOING CUZ IMMA BOUT TO RUIN...your long scrolling and worrying over who's the best plumber at a great price. Charity's Plumbing is it. I had a leaky toilet and tried to fix it myself. Needless to say I had a water leak soon after. I called Charity's and Charity herself answered and was knocking on my door less than 3 hours later. Her plumber Rigo was fast but performed quality work to fix my issue. Both he and Charity provided such great personalized, friendly service, I was so pleased. I also heard Charity in the phone with another customer and she was so patient and informative when explaining this customer's potential problem...that is remarkable customer service! I'm telling everyone to use this fabulous woman-owned business!!!

Charity and Tovar are AWESOME. Charity answered the phone no automated system I talked to a real person in real time. I was given an appointment the same day they came in less than an hour. Tovar is super nice he explained everything that I needed to have done. He gave me an estimate right on the spot and went to work. He was finished No time showed me the problem. They didn't try to exaggerate the problem or charge an astronomical amount. I WILL ONLY USE CHARITY'S PLUMBING SOLUTIONS. They will install my next project new faucets I am super satisfied and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Working with Charity on our water treatment system was wonderful. She took the time to figure out our family's habits and needs when recommended a new water treatment. We received two other quotes and decided to go with Charity's Plumbing Solutions REDOX. The water softener and conditioning system in 1 unit. Rigo installed the unit this week and he was so pleasant to work with. Rigo answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the unit.
We will be using them in the future on our little projects as the come up. Really great company!

They are a full solutions company! Charity and Rigo are experts in their field and can find a way to do things that you have been told are not possible. If they can't find a way, there is no way. They are honest, minority owned, reasonably priced and thorough! Pls, do NOT hesitate to call them with your plumbing needs. We had a tankless water system put in and it works great. We are doing a whole house system with them soon. They also are completely committed to the community and involved in so many things for the greater good of the Laveen/South Phoenix area. It's hard to find the right plumber to trust in your home. I hope this review helps you decide to trust Charity & Rigo. I live in Minnesota and was trying to find a plumber to help my daughter who recently moved to Phoenix. I looked at many different plumbers and their reviews. I even called a few different places, but when I talked to Rigo on the phone, I felt comfortable and assured. My daughter had a faulty toilet that would not stop running water. In Phoenix, that's a problem. Despite their busy schedule, Rigo was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The next morning, Charity called to confirm the arrival. When I mentioned that it was my daughter all by herself, she offered to come with Rigo (her husband) just to help my daughter feel comfortable with this new experience of having a repair person come to her home. In fact, she mentioned that her purpose in starting the business was to have an option for single women homeowners to have a female repair person come over and thereby feel more comfortable. On top of all that, Rigo and Charity had the repair done quickly, efficiently and I believe at a fair price. As a business owner myself in Minnesota, I strongly recommend this business. They maintained direct communication with me via both phone and text regarding the repair as they worked. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for how they took care of my daughter.
