When I misunderstood the problem and asked for a larger project, he was honest and said he'd refer me to another company. But he came out for a free estimate and installed a cleanout that solved our problem. His pricing was beyond fair and competitive. Highly recommend. Don't waste your time with other plumbers.

We got a toothbrush stuck in our toilet. I kept messing with it so I was pretty sure it was going to need to be removed to retrieve the brush. I have called James on two different leaks at my place. He is true professional and knows what he is doing and does it right!

The first leak was a slab leak and he took his time and found the leak and fixed it!

The second leak was in a wall and I reached out to him late on a Monday told him about the problem he was there first thing in the morning on Tuesday! Fixed the issue.
His prices are economical and he does not cheat his customers like most of the other contractors out there!

I heard a hissing sound behind my sink. James came by immediately at 12:45pm and diagnosed the sound as a pinhole leak on the cold side water supply. James shut the water off and repaired the leak in a half hour and was gone by 2:00pm. James was extremely clean and made sure to make everything look as clean as it was before, if not better. I was very pleased the the price and I've found my new go to plumber from here on out.

Fast professional service! I was in a bind, my plumbing was backed up; I was hosting a meeting the next day and I needed help. My husband and I are truly grateful to have found Char plumbing for our recent plumbing issue. We heard a strange noise coming from behind our bathroom wall so made a call and spoke with James who immediately jumped into action. He instructed us to shut off the main water valve and within minutes he was at my home assessing the problem. James discovered that we had a busted pipe spewing water that needed to be replaced which he did so on the spot! We were back up and running in no time! His quickness saved us from would have could been major water damage.

Since then we have referred him to my in-laws who had a great experience getting a tankless water heater and sink installed.
