Tammy S.I can't say enough good things about Chapman's Mechanical Systems. The technician was very knowledgeable about our air conditioning system. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it when another company could not. The other company told us we needed a new unit and it wasn't worth fixing. My husband called Chapman's because he wanted a second opinion and I am so glad he did. The tech found the problem and had it cooling our house within an hour. Can't ask for better than that! Ladeebug L.Called at 4:25 am for an emergency furnace outage. Temperature of low 20's. Did not get a call back. I called at 7:25 am. The woman I spoke to told me she did not have any service techs until 8 am. What part of emergency does she not get. As far as I am concerned when she got in she should have called me to tell me she ""did not have service techs until 8 am"". I know it is not the dead of winter but how does anyone know my situation. FYI at 8:30 am still no service tech. As far as I am concerned this was totally unacceptable.
