Our experience with Kermit Chapman was far from professional. He likes to work on more of a drop in bases rather than coming at agreed time frames. He has to order everything, nothing on hand if something needs to be replaced, and no time urgency for repairs. The first time he came out he only fixed half the problem which then resulted in a water leak in the wall. A simple shower repair took almost a month. If you own your home, I would not reccomend using chapmans legacy. Great for property management company look for cheap repair man.

They had two other plumbers before, for the same problem, who each failed to fix it and made the situation worse, causing more stress. Chapman's Legacy Plumbing has replaced two water heaters for us (at two properties). This third visit they installed a sink, faucet and all new plumbing under that sink. They answer calls promptly, show up when they say they will and do excellent affordable work. We will definitely use them again on future projects.

On time, do the work as promised & charge what they estimated in the begining. Its Chapman's for me always. Kermit, Russell or Andy you cant find better.

It's extremely hard to find people like Kermit and Russell @ Chapman's Legacy Plumbing - Guys you can trust 110%, and know they're about really caring for the Customer (versus just claiming that, as everyone does)!

And, they know how to save you money!! I highly recommend these gentlemen!
