My go to plumber. They are always fair and reliable. My mom used them to replace all her old pipes and I've used them to replace a water heater and install toilets and fix a leaky sink. I just pray that they never retire!!!

They did an excellent job installing a new water heater a few years ago. I called them today to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. They fixed the issue at no charge. Who does that? To add they came a very short time after i called them. Excellent Service.

Our experience with Kermit Chapman was far from professional. He likes to work on more of a drop in bases rather than coming at agreed time frames. He has to order everything, nothing on hand if something needs to be replaced, and no time urgency for repairs. The first time he came out he only fixed half the problem which then resulted in a water leak in the wall. A simple shower repair took almost a month. If you own your home, I would not reccomend using chapmans legacy. Great for property management company look for cheap repair man.
