THey said I needed all new units in 2018. Called for a second opinion from another company. They repaired the two units at a cost of $360. They are still working fine today.

Had a kitchen faucet hose start leaking. I know nothing about plumbing. While great that they got here the same day, said could not fix it, all broken. Tried to talk me into buying a $1318 kitchen faucet!!!! As it turned out, I looked at it after they left, turned the offending piece about 3 times to see what might happen, and presto! It works fine. I will probably end up replacing the faucet to be sure, but golly gee whiz, bet I can find one or two under $1000.......

Chapman's is very responsive! We normally have someone out in 48 hours for regular work. Tim specifically is fantastic. He has great knowledge and is very trustworthy. We have had Tim for multiple projects and he always does great work!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night and the temperature was pretty cold in our house. I called Chapman and got a hold of someone right away in the early morning before their main store was open. We had someone contact us within 30 minutes of my first call to schedule a diagnostic visit. The technician, Paul, was super friendly and efficient and got the issue fixed right away. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable about the heater unit. Chapman was super understanding about my family having recently had Covid and some of them still on quarantine. They were able to work with us safely, doing the work while my family members in a sepera part of the house and they exercised great safety protocols in that regard. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I will state this, Chapman Service is 5 Star in my book. Just moving to Columbia,Mo from Las Vegas is a major cultural change, especially quality of service from many vendors. I have never had a air conditioning company be so thorough with there inspection an quality of work. Again they are a 5 star company an highly recommended by me.

Recently my compressor went out on one of our home's AC units. After diagnosing the problem, Nathan was extremely helpful when I needed to finance a new unit. He patiently took time explaining all of the important things I need to know about my AC unit. He also helped me with a couple potential issues with my upstairs unit and as well as fixing a piece of my furnace that wasn't installed as it should have been. I was so relieved to have the support of him and his father since I haven't always had the best luck with service technicians. I would recommend them highly to anyone having issues with their AC or heating systems.

Did a complete HVAC replacement in our home 5 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even helped to fill out local rebate applications.

They come out every 6 months to check and service equipment. I have been so pleased with the service I had Chapman remove old water heater and replace it with a new tankless one. Grandkids are happy campers.

Would highly recommend this very professional company for any heating or cooling needs.
