Very disappointed in Chapman today! I had a clogged mainline drain in the house that caused water to leak through the ceiling so I called Chapman for a plumber to fix the issue. The first plumber they spent out to the house did not have any equipment to fix the issue. Thankfully he did not charge us for his two-minute visit to just say he couldn't do anything they would have to send another one of their plumbers but wasn't even sure if he was available to come today. After he found out he was working they said he would be out within an hour or two and because of that mixup, they would only charge us $89 to clear the drain.

6 hours later the second plumber showed up, I show him all the issues and he said well, one of his tools was broken and he couldn't get in to the shop over the weekend to get a replacement. He could start the work however the would cost $700, not the $89 discussed during the first visit, but he wasn't sure he would be able to fix the issue since his primary tool was broken. If that happened, he would have to leave and leave us with a mess all weekend and then come back on Monday to continue the work.

Not happy at all with Chapman Plumbers this weekend! Very unacceptable communication, unacceptable to send someone with broken tools who can't access the shop to get working tools, and unacceptable to quote &89 from one person and then jump the price up to $700 with someone else!

The service was professional and the results were appropriately sound. They identified and fixed the water leak; upgraded kitchen faucet water valve shut-off/on to quarter-turn; and installed new 'smart' faucet...although costly, it comes with plumbing, I am relieved the problem is a long-term ""fix"" instead of a short-term ""repair"".

I have a 4k sq ft home that has had HVAC issues from the get go in spite of the efforts of multiple contractors. Enter Chapman. Randy came out and spent hours evaluating the set up and coming up with a plan to fix some difficult issues. Andy came out and put together a strategy to execute Randy's vision without leaving me without heat overnight on these sub freezing days. Ron and his crew executed the plan perfectly. I'm talking a major retrofit of furnace, AC,dampers, ducts, etc. They were prompt, knowledgeable , professional, respectful of my home, and very hard working to get this all completed in 2 days. I now have consistent comfort in all areas of my home for the first time since it was built. I'm so happy I chose Chapman!

Very pleased with the service I received from Chapman. I received a response via Yelp text in less than 10 mins and was able to discuss pricing for an emergency evaluation.

There was some confusing on the morning of mu appointment, but they were able to get the tech out right away.

The tech was very nice and explained our issue and was able to give us a quick solution til we could get our water heater replaced.

We will definitely work with Chapman again!

Great customer service and prompt with arrival. Very informative during and afterwards when we had further questions.
